Well where do I begin... right from the start, I knew this was going to be a great company to do business with. Hugh promptly reached out to me after requesting an AC install estimate and quoted me a very reasonable price for the exact specifications I was looking for in an AC unit. He came by the house and went over everything that would be involved in the project and put my mind at ease. He scheduled the project within a great time frame and even made accommodations for me when I decided to move my timeline up. His technicians called me the morning of the project to let me know they were on the way. They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. The install was completed within the time quoted and turned out so nice. I canâ t stress how professional the techs were. I highly recommend Hughâ s Air for your AC needs.

They have not forgotten how to repair air conditioners and did not try to take advantage by insisting that the whole system needed to be replaced. They were prompt and courteous. Price was reasonable. Will call them first for air conditioning work.

Awesome job helping me out! Was able to get to me same day and fix the issue, and even educated me on how to troubleshoot it myself.

Really cared about me as a person. Took the extra effort to install window AC units seven though we were not there. To protect the contents of the house from heat. Excellent job advising which way to go with the new HVAC.

Extremely knowledgable, answered a dozen questions easily. Hugh was prompt, came fully prepared, and knocked it out of the park! I am a 20 plus year retired Navy Sailor and he came ready for business. Decided to bandage the system and prep for a replacement system next year. Hugh was very professional and he listens to his customers. He is reliable and when he says I will be there at 830 he is there at 829 ready to work.

Hugh was great! He didn't charge extra to come on a Sunday. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my AC quickly and for an affordable rate. As someone new to the Pensacola area, I got worried about finding a HVAC repair guy that would overcharge or tell you that you needed things you didn't need, but Hugh was honest and affordable. I would highly recommend Hugh for you HVAC repair/installation needs!
