Overall the project was a very good experience. The scope of work for this project was performed entirely while I was out of town prior to moving in the home and because of this, being able to get in touch with David (the owner/operator) for updates, questions, concerns, etc was VERY important to me. David was very responsive throughout the duration of the project. We had a reasonable timeline to complete the project with an absolute constraint on the finish date since we were moving from several states away with small children, starting new jobs, etc and could not afford for the work to go beyond our needed finish date. They were able to complete the project on time despite having some unforeseen conditions show up during the process that had to be addressed.

I found David and his company on Craigslist. Didn't know anyone in the area as we had just moved here. He came promptly on time to give me an estimate. He was the only one that wasn't a no-show that I called. We agreed on a price and he started immediately the next week. We are not new at remodeling so I went in with less than great expectations. Boy was I wrong. David and his crew are so good at what they do. Not only that, they are so clean cut a personable. They did everything I asked and then some. He even fixed old patch jobs on my walls from previous owners at no extra charge. This is a messy job, I'm not gonna lie. But I knew that going in as I had done it myself once before and swore I would never do it again. We really should have done it before moving in but there was no time. They did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They covered and taped off all the walls and covered all my furniture. After they scraped all the nasty dirty popcorn off, they applied a nice soft orange peel texture and then painted. The paint was supplied by me. By the time they were finished I felt like they were my own kids. LOL. They are not kids BTW. Their price and workmanship is exceptional and I highly recommend. My house with all that dated popcorn gone now looks 20 years newer, smells better and now I can paint it again in the future without all the nasty popcorn falling down.
