Phoned them up and they had someone out within a week to service my A/C unit (it was working fine so there was no emergency) The woman on the phone was very helpful and explained how the maintenace plan worked/cost etc... Tec came out one week later,on time and did an great job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good A/C Company.

They did a much more thorough job than the company I had used before. The tech took the time to explain everything. I didn't opt for their yearly contract but, I will be calling them again this month to maintain my 15 year old unit for the yearly service.

They come out twice a year. They come out in the spring and then again in the fall. They check the air conditioner in the spring and check the heater in the fall. They actually check the whole thing. I would need to call them soon. I've had their services for the last 10 years. It costs me $150 a year. They are very good. I would continue to use them in the future.

I liked the response from the person I spoke with. They have six great technicians. They had it running full capacity. They quoted me a price for a yearly service. They did so much more than I expected. He was very throrough. He spent about two hours servicing the machine. It is amazing the air flow after service. I was very pleased with the technician and the person I spoke with over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our heat pump was not performing up to par. The technician evaluated the system and determined that it needed more freon. He added about 1.5 lbs., and when I told him that a previous company had added a pound in the Fall, he replied that he was concerned about a freon leak. He said that systems should not be constantly needed freon added, and that such a leak is often difficult to diagnose. I requested a quote on a new system, and his boss came by a few hours later and gave an estimate to us. As fate would have it, the fan on our condenser went out that same night, so it was good that we were evaluating replacements. They came out the next day to take a look at it, told is what was wrong, and didn't charge for the re-inspection. Though we eventually decided to go with a different company, their price was competitive and reasonable for the Lennox product they were selling. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for an A/C and looking at the Lennox brand.

I called on what happened to be the coldest day of the year (to date) and Hamrick's were there by the afternoon. The ceramic piece that serves as a pilot light was out. It didn't take long for the repairman (Buddy) to identify the problem. The piece that needed to be replaced wasn't on his truck so he had to pick one up (only took about 20 minutes). After getting the materials needed, it only took about 30 minutes until my furnace was up and running. The repairman was very personable and did some extra cleaning that was above and beyond. My only complaint was that the materials were a little pricey (not Hamrick's fault), but overall the heat is invaluable!

I was looking at different types of air conditioning and heating systems, because I needed a heat pump, and I had chosen about 3 to look at. I noticed that Hamrick was a premier factory dealer - being one such dealer comes with some responsibility too. I asked them to come out and bid, and they did a very professional job. They checked everything. The other two providers that came out hardly did any checking and just tried to fix me up with the same kind or same size of the old unit that I had, which wasn?t really the proper way to do it. I believe that you should start from scratch and decide what the right unit is and not decide on what was there earlier. They were also a low-price bidder, and I got a better unit for a lower price. They came in at probably $1000 lesser than the others. I paid $5400 for the unit which included a factory rebate of $350 and which qualified me for the $1500 tax credit. They offered me another unit for $4300 but I chose the more expensive unit because it had a special air cleaner and a higher efficiency rating overall. It would save me money in the long run. They were professional and fast, and left everything very clean. They did a very good job and did what I would consider more than what was required. The unit works perfectly. I think they are a family-owned company and that they have been in business for many years now. I was very happy with the whole experience, and I would recommend them to anybody.
