Poor quality. The list of issues is endless. Poor communication. Countless problems. Failed to properly communicate to customer during project. Failed to show up on time when promised. I also wish they had never shown up at this point because they basically created a mess that has to be redone by professionals.

Inferior work, corrections to problems they caused unresolved after months and several visits.

Toby (owner) and crew were easy to work with. He had good suggestions for a concrete drive that was flat and solid but had cracks. He ground a flagstone pattern that incorporated the cracks after treating them. The surface prep, priming,coating, staining and double sealing was well done.

Can't say enough about Tobias and his crew.....from start to finish, excellent work, great work ethics, and a fabulous new patio surface for us. I especially appreciate how closely he worked with us to get the exact appearance we wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone....we are SO pleased!

TOBY DID ALRIGHT UNTIL THEY BROKE GLASS DOOR GOING INTO POOL AREA, GLASS CO HE CALLED TO PUT IN GLASS, CLEANED DOOR, AND LEFT WHITE SPOTS OVER AREA, HE KEEPS SAYING HE WILL COME BACK IN A WEEK AND HALF, BUT HE DOES NOT COME BACK, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIM, HE SAID I HAD A 10 YEARS WARRANTY, BUT IT DID NOT WARRANTY FOR 1 MONTH.

I paid $10,000 to have my driveway refinished with CTI products. It was done in the first half of November 2018. After the driveway was refinished it could not be driven on for 7 days. That worked out fine for us because we were about to go away for 11 days. Because we were traveling, and because it provided a 5% discount, we paid in advance. BIG MISTAKE. The driveway was complete in mid-November, but we haven't been able to get Toby to follow up. The workers destroyed a new hose, and they striped the paint off of my pool deck when they pressure washed it. They left a mess for me to clean up. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. I would not hire them again (for my new home).

Did not do work in a timely fashion. Had difficulty getting a return call when I contacted them while job was being done. I've been waiting for a return call for 7 days as of my last attempt to speak with them. They still have not finished the job and it has been weeks since it was started.

Tobias would not leave this project until he was sure we were pleased with the final inspection. He rates No. 1 in customer satisfaction, and we would not hesitate to call on him again.

Bill went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. He made sure the final result looked better than I expected: pressure washed the surrounding area, touched-up where the paint peeled off from taping, offered to add to the work wherever he saw it would benefit the overall appearance of the project. Eager to serve, but NOT pushy!

Bill and Jarred did an outstanding job on our patio. The resurfacing tile work looks great. It was done on time, on budget and very meticulously. Definitely recommended this company.

Bill did a repair to some decorative concrete. He basically did some re-surfacing because of chipping on the crack line. He stood behind a pervious warranty. Bill made it look like there was no patch and is almost seamless. Throughout the job he was very dependable and kept in good contact the entire time. He did not charge for the repair service because he honored the warranty. I would definitely use this company again because of their honesty and workmanship.

This was the first Bill had done an overlay and it turned out excellent. He was on time and worked very hard on the porch. I would recommend him to anyone and I already have done so. The patio Bill did has garnered us more compliments from friends and family than anything.
