Description of Work: Replaced roof. Start date slightly delayed by weather-caused backlog. Sales staff and work crew all very polite, responsive, informative and answered all my questions (and there were many questions because I don't spend this amount of money lightly.) The price was within the typical range and a little lower than a few roofing companies, who were offering fewer services on their estimates for about the same money.

Description of Work: had my den (flat) roof, resurfaced. The used a newer product which, didn't ending up working for our roof. We had some really heavy rains come through and several spots started leaking. I call them immediately, and they responded with 2 days. they have so many jobs going, all over this area. they made a temporary fix and ordered a flashing for where our 2 roofs meet. I had to following up on getting the flashing a couple of times but, finally got it installed and so far, everything is good. I like the price and didn't like the wait. the guy that did the actual work, does know his job, is very courteous, and keeps the work area clean. I would probably use them again. the only reason I gave them an overall C is because I now have more water stains on my ceiling and I had to follow up.

Description of Work: They replace my roof, and performed repairs. The roof looks fantastic. The site foreman (Brad) was professional and informative. His crew was young, but did a great job.

Description of Work: Came out. Gave estimate. Never showed up to do work even though they called several times saying they would. Perhaps there was miscommunication as they now say they were awaiting our go ahead.

Description of Work: A very complete new metal roofing job with old shingle roof completely covered with waterproof and insulation material before the metal roof was put on..Great attention to detail and very professional and helpful employees and owner. So far very happy with the results of the whole experience..Would reommend them to anyone.
