They promised to call me back within 24 hours, but I have not heard from them since.

I would have liked Advanced Roofing and Waterproofing to have done a little better clean-up, because in the gutters themselves, they left a lot of nails and stuff. Other than that, I've very happy with their service. He told me if I find anything, call him and they'll come back out, but I'm not going to do that just over the clean-up. I feel they would have come up if I had called. I got a good price because the manufacturer gave a $300.00 rebate for former vets. The roof looks beautiful. It's really nice.

Fixed the roof for a resonable price. I like that that they give free estimates

Had a new roof put on my peaked roof & my flat roof that covered a guest room and carport. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous and did a good job of cleaning up anything that fell in the yard.. When I later had a problem with the flat roof they were out that day and corrected the leak even working in the rain.. We have had several downpours since with no problems and I would still rate them an A and recommend them to anyone looking for good on time roofers who see that the job is well done to my satisfaction and to theirs.

They were so professional and inspected it 6 months later as promised. They used a magnet to clean up all the nails and were in and out in 4 days. They even made sure to close the gates so our dogs would not get out. They even called to reschedule due to the bad weather.

Brent and team provided excellent service from initial email/phoncons leading to the estimate and contract, to the actual work. Other than a weather delay, the work was on-time as estimated. Brent proactively kept us up-to-date on status with phone calls and emails.

Their service was overall excellent. They did a really good job.

He was excellent! Timely when he showed up and work was done on time. He cleaned up the yard and all around the house and driveway when finished. I had some other quotes, but his was the lowest and he did a great job.

The General Contractor for this job was Drew Dennis of Omega Construction. The roofing contact and company was Brent Woody of Advanced Roofing and Waterproofing, LLC. On a scale of 1 to 10, our roof is a 10 in level of difficulty. It has a 12/12 Pitch, a plate height of 23 feet, is only partially accessible by lift, and the work area is tight. That said, this roofing company, or specifically this crew, was definitely not up to this job. The first problem was with the estimated time and the actual time to complete. The start date was November 19, 2012 (the Monday after Thanksgiving), and the original estimated completion time by the roofer was 3 weeks. The actual time to totally complete, including callback repairs, was just under 3 months. A number of problems slowed down the job almost immediately. One was a very humid and overcast weather pattern with heavy morning dew. The other was the order and delivery of the wrong metal and then the failure by anyone to realize the mistake until they were ready to install the first panel. We had anticipated that if the roof was not finished before Christmas, work would be spotty at best during the last two weeks of the year, but it never occurred to us that they wouldn't work for the last three weeks of the year. On Thursday December 13, we had a downpour that resulted in a leak (visible from a walk-in attic) in one of the transition areas where one side of the ridge had new metal while the other side had only new underlayment installed. I reported the leak to the supervisor by phone, and emailed Drew and Brent. When I spoke to the supervisor, I told him the rain had stopped, and it wasn't necessary to send someone out that day. I wrongly assumed that they would repair it within the next day or so and certainly well before the next rain. Instead, with an unrepaired leak and without a single word to us about their plans and schedule, the roofers disappeared. My first hint that they wouldn't be back the week before Christmas (or the week of and after) was an email from Drew on December 17th saying that Brent had told him "they were pulling off for a couple days to regroup in an effort to stay focused". So, while Brent enjoyed his Christmas vacation out of town, we had to cancel our Christmas plans to babysit our partially uninstalled/installed leaking roof. On Christmas day, a similar front to the one on the 13th came through. Knowing that we were going to get water in the attic, I put buckets and plastic put down in the walk-in attic. Fortunately, this front weakened just as it got into our area, and the buckets and plastic were able to contain the leaks. While we were told two different tales of why the guys were pulled off the job, first the one about "regrouping" then later that the supervisor was sick and the other guys couldn't install panels without him on the job, one of the roofers later told us that they had been pulled off to do another job. The overriding frustration for us was the lack of communication, which worsened as the job dragged on, and had lasting repercussions. The failure to communicate between the siding contractors who were responsible for the dormer trim and shingle siding and the roofers who were responsible for flashing the dormers resulted in this work having to be redone after the roof was technically finished. Overall, the roof doesn't look awful, but it doesn't look great. We have many uneven cuts, dents and many areas where the screws were over tightened, causing puckers in the metal. And, while the rework of the dormers was very good, you never want workers going back on a metal roof after it's finished, as it means existing screws have to be removed and new ones added in order to install walk boards. I know a builder who told me he has used this company on a couple of jobs and been very pleased with the work. He didn't, however, have the same crew as the one on our job. I can't personally recommend the company or the crew.

Brent was the first contractor I called (Saw on Angies list). He was there the next day and gave my wife and I an estimate. I told him I would be talking to other roofers and he thanked us for the opportunity and said call him if we had any questions or if he could help in any way. After 6 weeks and 5 contractors it was an easy and simple choice for my wife and I. With most roofing being sold aluminum and a little slight at 28 guage, how could anyone choose aluminum over steel. Stone coated Steel at that. Brent, Cesare, his site supervisor, and the crew arrived and immediately went to work. Unloading materials and ladders at the ready and up on the roof. Within 20 minutes tops, shingles are comming off the roof. Day 1 had rear of roof cleared and peal and stick applied. Day 2 front of roof cleared and shigles started going on. None stop except for lunch. Clean up happened as needed and at end of day. Crew was very nice and didn't seem to mind my interruptions. After all they knew it was my roof. Probably one of the most pleasureable contractor experiences I have had. I do get sidetracked which is why this review was a long time comming. If anyone is in need of a new roof you would not be disappointed in any way using ADVANCED ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING

Advanced Roofing beat tropical storm Issac and sealed the roof, saving a very expensive pine, toung and grove ceiling. They took extra time to insure the new skylights were correct, even installed a better model than we contracted for, at no additional coat. The debris removal was good and thorough.

Everything went just as planned with no problems. Brent showed up on schedule, measured the roof. and produced a detailed estimate. Materials proposed were equal or better to 3 estimates. Estimate (same day) came in approximately 10% less than competition and Angie's list recommendations were very positive. Brent worked with me on my schedule and his availability to work within the insurance company deadline. In spite of weather issues, he finished the job on time and within 3 days. Brent also worked with me on additional insurance company information requests. He was professional, punctual, readily available, and the roof looks very good. I highly recommend him to anyone.

They are a local company. They were very prompt in attending to my request. They were courteous. They gave me the best quote among the three companies I dealt with. My overall experience with them was good. They were open to discussion during the reroofing project and responded to my concerns. They addressed my questions and worked with me to meet my expectations. It has been several months and I am very happy with the results.

I liked that they were very responsive and they called back. They were interested in what my needs were. They were even going to patch some leaks because they couldn’t get to me right away to put on the new roof. We thought the price was high but their price was actually lower than others in town. I felt that their price was better and the product was just as good as the other companies that wanted to charge more.

Clear about the project with good suggestions for improvements. Foreman and crew were polite and conscientious. Neighbors and friends were so impressed with the work that they also chose this contractor.

Excellent and the roof still looks like it is brand new

They were very reasonably priced. They were fine and nice to work with.

GREAT!!! The only company I will use to replace my roof with a metal shingle roof.
