The repairs were better than expected. The attention to detail was great. And the quality of the finished product was something we can brag about.

Extremely professional,clean and courteous. Had to have additional work done due to water damage. They repaired and replaced what was needed to fix the problem.

Everything went extremely well. The door had to be custom made to fit the opening. We were asked what features we wanted in the door and the salesperson inquired about items we had not even thought about. Installation was very professional and thorough. Folker's did all of the legwork also in acquiring the work permit which was quickly signed off on when the inspector reviewed the work. Awesome stuff! We paid more for the service and quality; however, it was well worth the money spent.

Expert job from start to finish. The windows were high quality impact glass. The crew was very professional, hard working and they cleaned up as they went.

Overall great experience. Cost was reasonable when compared to other Major local window companies. From the estimate to installation, no hiccups at all. Everybody was very professional and we are very happy with our new efficient windows. The owner even called me during the installation to see how things were going and the company contacted me after everything was over to see how things went. I've already recommended them to a couple friends looking to replace factory windows.

Very professional group. Installers were on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Window quality as good or better than any of the other window companies I got estimates from. we have an old house with non standard window sizes and new windows fit great, open and close as they should. I would use again.

Starting with the Rep Linda and ending with the 2 Technicians I would only wish that my experiences with other companies went as well. This Company not only provided exactly as they promised, They exceeded my expectations finishing an entire day early and treating my entire construction experience with the feeling " My job was the priority ". The Techs worked in the backyard with my dogs and not only did they treat them well, I thought the dogs wanted to leave with them. I am planning to get all of my windows changed, a new front door and a Bay window installed and Folkers has my Business from here on. The owner Kip called me and personally checked to make sure I was happy with the work and gave me his personal guarantee that my satisfaction was important. In a world full of people complaining I am happy to say I found a company that makes me proud to say Good Job ! The Final Kudos I will give to Folkers is I was considering selling this house but, Thanks to them I now Know I can make this one into the one I wanted to build without it being a nightmare. One door actually made my house have an entirely new personality. Great People and Great Company!

The slowest part of the process was the time it took to manufacture the windows and the Hurricane shutters. But I understood that all of the items had to be made to provice measurements and in the end everything fit perfectly.

Set up appointment to get estimate, was emailed, called and texted to remind about appointment. They came out, took measurements and I never heard from them again. Called to ask about status - straight to voice mail and no response. This was 3 weeks ago, now its deep into hurricane season and I'm back where I started.

When we decided to have our windows replaced, we first contacted Lowes. Their estimate just about gave me a heart attack. We turned to Angie's List (should have gone here first!) and saw that Folker's had great reviews. Our experience with them, from the first phone call to the final install yesterday, has been wonderful. They are very friendly, informative, and their price almost half of Lowes. The windows are beautiful!

This job went so smoothly - from the time we got the estimate through installation. I had requested a specific installation date as I don't live in Pensacola. Darren and John were most responsive. The installers arrived on time and were able to complete the job in a single day. The windows and door look beautiful. All debris from the old windows was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Folkers.

great job. not cheap but you get what you pay for with them. will have them replace doors now, if that means anything

They are excellent. They were more expensive and they were around $15,000 but they were worth it.

I have to agree with most other reviews; job could not have gone better. Installation was meticulously done in a total of two days - half of the time originally estimated. Windows themselves are well built and work perfectly, as well as being very nice looking. Initial savings on air conditioning costs seems to be in the range of 10%, but the main advantages are storm safety and the surprisingly strong ability to dampen the outside noise. The two installers worked steadily and efficiently, and cleaned up the job site well. The old windows were recycled, and all debris was carried away. I am very pleased.

It went great. Ms. Linda came out and discussed our needs and expectations and then proceeded to show us our various options. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My dogs and baby didn't even drive her crazy :) We have several windows and doors we are working on replacing in our new home from the unpreferred builder grade windows/doors. We are doing in in sections as we want the best. We will have Folkers replace all remaining house windows and doors as money permits. The entire staff from Ms. Linda, the office, the owner, the installers that we have had the pleasure of speaking with or working with have been remarkable. We love our new windows and noticed and immediate difference! We highly, highly recommend Folkers. They were clear, concise, extremely knowledgeable, prompt & professional.

I searched them on Angie's List. The staff showed up at the actual worksite. They followed up after the work was complete.

Professional service from sales to installation. It took less than an hour to complete what I'm sure was a small job for them. Would certainly use their service again.

They were very good! They were timely, they took all the debris away, and I was very satisfied with their service.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. Made informed recommendations about options and window ratings. Measured and explained the company ordering and installation process in clear detail. Had a second person from their own company come out and verify measurements for accuracy as part of their normal process. From sales, to office, to installation regular feedback received and we are very satisfied with windows now they are installed. From initial consultation to install period of about 6-8 weeks maintained contact and when installed were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. Could not be happier with Folkers Window Company! Will definitely use for any future window needs.

The entire job was top quality from start to finish. They gave us an estimated time for window arrival and installation and met their deadline. Crew was very professional. Service was followed up with a call from Clark (estimated window job) to make sure we were satisfied. If every home improvement project was completed this way i would be a happy camper!! As soon as I can afford it I will have my French doors replaced. They did an excellent job.

Clark Lunt was very professional to work with. He was always punctual and returned my calls and emails quickly. Folkers is not the cheapest place to get windows, but I felt like they were well educated on their product and the quality and professionalism is top notch. I will definitely use them again. The crew that installed the windows was quick and they completely cleaned up after themselves.

Work is still on hold due to unforseen structural rot issues. Hope to resume in 4-5 weeks, after sub-contractor completes his work. As for Folkers Window Co., their work has been exemplary. They have installed 10 of 12 units and then all of their work has been put on hold waiting on our insurance to process our claim. Folkers Window Co. has been extremely cooperative about the delay.
