Description of Work: We had 10 windows replaced. 3 of which were in a sunroom and while they only count that as 3 windows - technically 7 windows were removed from the 3 window openings. The price was higher than the other quotes we received from competitors; however, the competitors price did not include the same quality of window nor did it include storm panels. One of the competitors also was not going to pull a permit. Folkers did exactly what they said they would from the estimate to the final install. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves and overall did a great job.

Description of Work: I had accidentally broken a window in my home. They came out at the time they said they could to give me an estimate. It was not a simple window and they had to order the replacement. The replacement cost was what I expected and they came 2 days early with the replacement window and put it in earlier than what I had originally been told and both of the Techs who came out were very friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Installed storm shutters and doors. Ver well. While there was an issue with the hurricane door at the back that removed the defective door with a new one all with no cost to me

Description of Work: Folkers window company was very professional, weather delayed the start of the job replacing 12 windows, they propmtly started after the weather cleared, Adam and Matt did a very through job, even though they found issues during the compeletion of the job, the quickly repaired the damage that was discovered and finished the window replacment in a timely maner. Clark was very responsive to all of our requests and questions, after completion of the job there was one minor defect discovered. This defect was repaired when time was scheduled at a later date. The over all experiance was positive and I would hire folkers again and recommend them to anyone that needs window replacement.

Description of Work: They replaced all the windows in my house and were very Professional. Folkers actually did what they said the would do, showed up on time and the guys knew what they were doing. The price of the windows were high, but, because of the quality and type (impact glass) they would have been expensive no matter where they were bought. I highly recommend Folkers, they are local folks and care about their customers.

Description of Work: Replaced our old windows with low E new windows. Installation did not pass inspection due to not enough screws holding the windows in place. |Installers also left dirty marks on caulking and siding that was very hard to remove.
