Description of Work: Had engineered hardwood flooring installed and ceramic tile in the small kitchen area. The experience with Floor City was really good overall. Their installer was very thorough--took an extra day cleaning up old floor surface and leveling. Had to call back for a very small piece of trim that was not installed in the kitchen. The engineered hardwood floor that was ordered was a new product for them - had a little trouble with chips and slivers flaking off the edges of the boards -- was getting kind of alarmed as I have a pet, etc. But that turned out to be just a few times in the first days after installation. The only complaint - if any - is that their prices are on the high side. I would recommend them and use again if I'm in the market for flooring.
