We have a gunite pool leak, loosing 2 inches of water per day. We called & made repair appointment with them & they said it would take 5-6 days for him to come out. On day 8 he finally made it. No call... he just showed up. We feel he did a thorough ink check with his dive gear but he didn't really find anything. He did see a crack in the skimmer housing & put putty on to repair it but we are still loosing the same amount of water per day. So we called back to make another appt. so as to investigate further & they said it would take another 5 - 6 days for service. When day 8 arrived & he had not arrived yet we called & cancelled the appt. We told them we would no longer be needing their service. We felt it was unprofessional to make us wait yet another 5 - 6 days after we had already had him come out once. Also, they never communicated with us to let us know when or if they would be out. We are desperate for a pool repair person. We have to fill up our pool everyday & we have to keep adding chemicals to keep up with the fresh water. It's getting expensive.
Description of Work: Performed dive leak ink test.

Owner returned home 10 days early and found the pool level below the tile and skimmer and both pumps on and pumping air. Bottom of pool was very dirty and pool sweep was inop. Provider had multiple phone numbers with which to contract owner should something be required but never did so. Service person admitted he had left the sweep bag off for over a week. Went to the office on Saturday to complain, owner not present. Office person could find no record of pool maintainence being performed or chemicals provided. Service owner finallly called back the next Wednesday. There are stains on the bottom of the pool which I cannot remove and who knows how long the pumps will last after extended running dry. Service owner professed sorrow but still charged full price. This was a terrible experience.
Description of Work: Contracted to maintain pool in the absence of the owner for a period of 2 months. Price of $125/month plus chemicals. Very fair. Provider did not want a contract and would not accept payment in advance.
