They assessed that roots had entered the septic tank filter and drain. After a short while if removing the roots, everything was working well. The tank did not need to be pumped, so I only had to pay for the service call. Great, family-run business. I will use them again next time.

Had 3 estimates. Ensley Septic Tank Service gave me a reasonable price & could do it soon. I really liked Mr. Nelson, the owner, who took the time to explain it all. I also had an electrical line & TV cable buried across the yard that they had to deal with. It was not a problem, they dug under it. They arrived on time, it went like clockwork & they cleaned up after themselves. It's a family owned business & everyone worked great together. A well experienced team! Mr. Nelson was there & working himself! From the office to the field work, I can't say enough about how professional everyone was but with a personal touch. I have other properties & I now will only call Ensley Septic for all my septic related needs. Hands down, they're the best!

I called three companies and they were all great but I chose Ensley Septic because the owner, Mr. Nelson and his daughter came out right away and looked everything over then explained the process to me. Mr. Nelson took the extra step to look over my electrical set up to ensure it would be okay. He and Kim took time to make sure I understood everything. I was surprised on the morning they arrived to do the work because there were about seven trucks and 10 people, several of them were the Nelson family. Everyone spoke with me and made me feel very comfortable about everything. It was an expensive job but necessary and I feel so much better now that it's done. I would definitely use them again and refer my friends to ENSLEY SEPTIC TANK SERVICE.

Ensley did a great job! They came exactly when they were scheduled (8AM). They had pre-explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it. The work was done efficiently and expeditously. No damage to anything even though they had to use a large backhoe in the back yard. They cleaned up afterward as well, even re-laying pavers in my garden walkway that had to be removed during the installation. I had gotten three estimates for the same work, and Ensley was by far the least expensive. However, I chose them as much because a friend had used them for a similar job months ago and raved. She was right! Super job, professional folks!
