Description of Work: My lap top crashed. Screen went blank, no power, and I needed my files. She made me a new set of backup disks, got it up and running. I got my laptop back. I transferred all my files, pics, etc. Consolidated my two systems desktop and laptop. I got a estimate of work required and was given several options. She saved me from myself. Most damage was caused from someone else who thought they knew what they were doing. The other charged me 300.00 and it wasn't fixed. She did not make me feel dumb. I have even asked her advice about a new laptop. The best..
