Tony showed up and went to working repairing my bad hot water pipe, he explained what he had to do and was very quick. I have used plumbers in the past that would not stand in this guys shadow. I would most defiantly use this Company again.

They were very professional courteous quick and prompt outstanding company. I would give them an A plus grade! I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Job went well. I discovered that there was kitchen waste water leaking from an old broken cast iron pipe. There were also problems at the sewer junction. Pipe were replaced. The lawn was returned to what it looked like before the trenching.

they called and arrived when they said they would prepared to do the work. they analyzed the problem and gave me the alternatives of what to do. they replaced the disposal quickly and professionally.

The water filtration system we had for a long time had to be taken out of service and removed. We were unhappy with the company that serviced it and couldn't fix the problem of constant regeneration. So we needed a new whole-house filtration system. The old system consisted of a couple of tanks that sat outside our garage, visible from the street, and looked terrible. We wanted something inside and smaller, as we had previously used in a prior home. This was discussed with East Bay Plumbing during a routine plumbing call, and we found they carried exactly what we needed. Arrangements were made to get the right equipment and install it at a later date. Please note that the $425 included both the cost of the equipment and the installation. They arrived promptly, and accommodated our desire to have the equipment located in a particular spot so it wouldn't interfere with other items in the garage. They worked professionally and efficiently, and cleaned up before they left. Of course the water had to be shut off in order for them to do the installation, but they minimized the time. We found East Bay Plumbing through Angie's List and we've used them twice already. They're the best plumbers we've found in the area and we'll definitely call them any time we need plumbing work done.

We called East Bay Plumbing because our water bill had a serious spike, and we thought we had a broken line somewhere, particularly since a fencing contractor had broken the main line once. We also had a leaky faucet and a leak around the sprayer on our kitchen sink. They were very prompt and listened carefully to what we had to say. They determined that we had no broken line and that the spike in the water bill was due to our old water filtration system that had been regenerating continuously before we took it out of service. They showed us that the meter wasn't running if we didn't have water turned on, so there couldn't be a leak. They quickly repaired the leaky faucet and started to work on the leak around the sprayer, which turned out to be difficult because of the sprayer itself. They also said they'd have to replace it with a chrome one instead of brushed nickel, at least temporarily. We explained that it didn't matter because we were having the kitchen re-done in a couple of months. So they said, and quot;Well, don't bother with this leak then. It's not worth what we'd have to charge.and quot; So they didn't do any unnecessary work, even what we thought would be needed. They were patient and professional about explaining things to us, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. As we were in need of a new filtration system, we talked to them about it and found they could supply exactly what we wanted. But that's a later call.

When I phoned I asked for a guote for their hourly rate. It was $10 more than the plumber I used before but their service was worth the differnce. I was able to get an appointment the morning after I called. The plumbers were on time, infact arrived a little earlier than I expected. They completed the job in about thirty minutes. Both gentlemen where polite and professional. My only suggestion would be that they wear shoe covers if the customer has white carpeting, which I do. The price mentioned above included the cost of the parts as well as the labor.
