Description of Work: I had several oriental rugs needing to be cleaned. They were wonderful. The extra large ones they picked up & delivered for a fee. I felt the price was a little high, (charged by the foot) but the service was great and will definitely use them again. Also, they do other services which I will certainly get bids from them when it comes time to do more work.

Description of Work: We had the entire interior painted, replaced all the carpet, tiled one room that was carpeted and retiled 2 baths, and had all the rest of the tiled floor cleaned. The paint crew, the floor crew and the floor cleaning crews were all professional. The paint crew was first and it took only two days to paint every room of the house (11 rms). The hard part was moving all the furniture around. The floor crew took 3 days to remove and install carpet into 4 rooms, tile one large room and remove and install tile into 2 bathrooms. The cleaning crew cleaned and sealed 5 rooms and a hallway in one afternoon. All of this required moving heavy bulky furniture. All crew were polite, worked hard with few breaks, and were concern about the quality of work. Before we even started this project we felt that we were in good hands and made the right decision.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the entire outside of our home...Back deck and fence...Painted repaired and sealed the back deck and fence. They cut back trees that were growing over the fence and some weed trees that had started in our back yard at no cost. They did this to make sure the job was done correctly. They put two coats of deck stain & weatherproofing on our back deck and fence. Replaced the back door and repaired a wall that had had a room air conditioner built into the into the sun room. That pets had urinated into the small a/c unit so they had to not only pull out the old a/c but clean out and dry the wall before they replaced the wall and painted it. They did a wonderful job. Master Bath was renivated by installing a new toilet, hanging fixtures and putting a stone wall around the roman tub. The Master bedroom needed a new floor in the closet..they used cherry wood as the master bedroom has a cherry wood floor. They Painted ceilings, painted all walls, installed carpet in our guest bedroom, work out room and den. They replaced wood that a dog had chewed in window sills and around the front door. They sealed the Garage floor and put flooring in the attic in the garage. They did everything we ask and more...they cleaned the fixtures that they took off the wall to paint. They were very careful to clean lighting and ceiling fans that were already here. This house was a short sale and in need of repair. When they cleaned and sealed the wood floors in the living room, dining room area...that had waxed dog hair in the wood...they took it out with a buffer and then sealed the wood with orange glo. The workers were always polite and professional. The supervisors were smart and knew what needed to be done. The entire job was done on time. The owner of the company even came out to see what they had done. After everything was paid and done..the garage floor did not harden the way the materials said it should and they are going to re do our garage floor at no charge.

Description of Work: I totally redid a room, they did a lot of painting, put a new ceiling up for me. They sanded and finished a hardwood floor. It was a total project. They took down an old acoustic tile ceiling and put up a new one.
