+ -1 moreI live out of state and had to have a contractor that I could trust to take this job and run with it. He did that and made the rentals beautiful. I will use Tim for all of my construction needs in the future. He took care of details that I would have missed and found ways to save me money where possible. These units were a mess as they had been flooded in the big floods.
Description of Work: Tim did a complete remodel of a fourplex for me. I live out of state and had to have a contractor that I could trust to take this job and run with it. He did that and made the rentals beautiful. I will use Tim for all of my construction needs in the future.

Description of Work: I had/have Tim doing a complete renovation of some 4-plexes that I own in Pensacola. I live in Colorado so needed a GC I could trust to get the job done with little intervention and Tim has turned out to be VERY reliable for just that. I will continue to use him as a good GC is worth more than any of the rentals that I own!
