 + 0 moreI highly recommend Dr. John's Complete Computer Service. John is such a positive person to deal with. I always learn something when he comes to work on my computers. And he never makes me feel stupid or silly that I wasn't able to fix it myself. In fact, he listened very carefully when I was talking to him about what I needed my computer to do for me, and was able to overhaul it, speed it up and have just the things I needed on my desktop. He is very intuitive. I will definitely call him anytime I need help with my computers. His prices are extremely fair and he is very professional and gets the job done very fast.
Description of Work: 1. Performed a complete maintenance on my older desktop computer including anti-virus software and updated my XP professional software. 2. Setup my new HP wireless printer to work with my desktop and laptop computer. 3. Completely maintained my laptop including antivirus and Windows 7 software update. 4. Installed my favorite Google Chrome browser on both my computers. 5. Gave me one on one training on both computers and answered all my questions. 6. Completely installed and setup new wireless internet router.
