I hired Travis for several homes projects in Spokane Wa before he moved to Florida. These included framing, drywalling, painting and finish carpentry. He was punctual, dedicated to my project and was accommodating to my expectations while also being realistic about time, cost and possibility. I absolutely recommend Travis and condron south for any home construction project

Travis was very prompt and professional. He pressure washed my drive way, front patio, back patio, car port, shed, and the exterior of my house. He even pressure washed my car while he was at it for free. All of this was done withiny a matter of a few hours. I am very pleased with his work.

Travis with Condron South was professional and prompt. He replaced old trim and doors in my condo and painted the trim, doors, walls, and ceilings for me. His estimate was fair and came the same day he came to look at my house. When there was more trim needing to be replaced than expected he told me immediately about the expected cost difference. 10/10 would recommend!!

Travis took out a wall in my closet and then closed off one of the walkway to build a beautiful walk-in closet. He dry-walled, textured and hung up all the shelving in the closet and then added a beautiful ship lap exterior wall. It was done quickly and honestly. 10/10 will be rehiring for future projects.
