Description of Work: My hard drive crashed; Ryan took it apart, rescued all my files, and gave me an approximate price to replace parts & a price to restore files to a new hard drive if I preferred that option.

Description of Work: I took my laptop in on May 9, 2011 for a repair. I waited 3 or 4 days and didn't hear anything (sign says - same day repair)...I called and the tech was not in and I was told by Jeff that the tech had (Ryan) had not looked at the computer...so I called back later that evening hoping to speak to Ryan...he still was not in...next day, I called again and finally Ryan called me that evening and said that I needed a new hard drive and the part had to be ordered, well he could not take a card over the phone (fancy that), so the next day I took my card and body up there and paid the entire bill of $225.00 on May 12....well, we waited and then played cat and mouse phone tag with Jeff & Ryan..Ryan was always out...I then got soooo mad on May 19th, that I called and told them that I was coming to pick up my computer fixed or not fixed and that I was cancelling the credit card payment...well tht got their immediate attention, all of a sudden my computer was fixed on the 20th...I picked up it immediately...and brought it home. I'm not threw with this story yet...when we tried out the computer...nothing...nothing...nothing...I just immediately called my old computer repairman (Karl's Computer in Pace)...and told him what had happened...he usually only works on desk tops...but he can check lap tops...soo I carried the computer to him and lo that night he called me sand said the people did put in a new hard drive, but they did not program anything...another $90.00 later and my computer works great once again....but Karl is the one that actually fixed the computer, not Computer's unlimited....so folks stay away from that place unless u just have money to burn..
