They are a five-star company. The team members were excellent they went out of their way to do it right. The job was done on time, cleaned up and looks perfect . If you're looking for someone to build you a pier these are the guys you need to hire. In addition to being a great Construction Company the communications between the team and the scheduling staff was excellent

These guys are the best. Unlike most contractors who constantly overbook themselves and split their time amongst 10 different job sites, these guys will stay at your place until the job is finished. It might take awhile for them to get to you, but it’s worth it. They rebuilt a dock for me with flow through decking and I couldn’t be happier. All there employees were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely the folks to hire and would do so again if I needed them!

Anthony and Randy's team did a beautiful new sea wall build after Hurricane Sally finihed off our old one. It was a wrap around design with the bay in front and a creek down one side. When Hurricane Delta messed up part of their in progress work, they were unfazed and took iit n stride. Beautiful installation that transformed our property. Highly recommended.

Randy , Anthony and their crew did a fabulous job of repairing our dock after it was severely uprooted and damaged by Hurricane Sally. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, there when they promised to be and the quality of their work was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dock repair or new build. Randy and his crew came out to remove trees that were damaged by Hurricane Sally the very next day. That was purely amazing that they responded so quickly considering the shear number of trees that came down in the area. They cleared all the debris from the yard. Overall, very pleased and will definitely hire again in the future. Recommend

Hired Randy 4 times. 3 jobs related to Hurricane Michael. First, dock repair approx. $2000. 2nd, duplex repair approx. $20k. 3rd, home repair, tree fell on it, approx. $2000. This week just a refurbish of my boat lift, new cables, slings, some timbers, approx. $2000. Well done. Pleasant, personable, clean cut. In the post hurricane environment it was a blessing to find an honest man.

Our Owners’ Assoc. hired Clear Creek to rebuild our pier which was destroyed in hurricane Michael.From the initial contact in surveying the damage,submitting a plan and a written estimate,to the final cleanup and completion of the job,on schedule,Clear Creek employees were totally professional,honest,and cooperative..During the re-construction we ran into an unanticipated problem with the old pilings which was solved directly and with negligible change in the original cost estimate. Most importantly,they seemed to know what they were doing and had the knowledge and experience to do a quality job.Randy Bennett and Freddie Munoz were outstanding individuals who clearly take pride in their work and their company.The same can be said for all the team members on the project. They were referred through your service right after hurricane Michael. I had extensive damage to my seawall and was worried that my yard could start falling in. They came immediately they gave me a price they stuck to their price. And they did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to other people

Seawall Installation Randy and Freddie and crew were absolutely fantastic. They did such a great job installing a new seawall in our backyard after the hurricane. Randy Bennett and his crew (Foreman/Partner Freddie) are good people. Reasonable price. Excellent work. It was a blessing to find them. I had 2 other contractors come and they left me with an uncomfortable feeling. Randy is a nice young man. He has a General Contractor license. I was a carpenter in the 80s and I actually rebuilt this dock with my son 2 years ago. This was a tricky repair and they did it quickly, they worked hard. They cleaned up their mess. I grew up on Panama City Beach. So, if you know me, you know I'm for real.

We chose Clear Creek Construction for our FHA 203K remodel of an older home. Our project included a completely new kitchen and floor plan, new windows, wall modification and sub-floor repair in another area of the home. Very quick response to any questions and good follow up with photos and email. Had one minor issue discovered after completion (separate from the original bid) and they took care of it immediately. Excellent follow up AFTER the job was complete. We love our new kitchen built exactly the way we envisioned!

They were very hard working down to earth professionals in getting the job done. They kept in touch with any issues that they found that did not pertain to their job in making sure I was aware of any other issues, Even ones that they could not correct like insects that needed a professional service to treat.

I could not say too much in praise for them. He shows up on time, he did what he said he would, he communicates very well. He and his team are very pleasant to have around.
