Rex was very professional and informative, and he kept me updated on the progress of the work while I was out of state. His crews did an awesome job, and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost of the job was well worth the final product as the new stucco texture and color are great match to the existing stucco. I will definitely recommend CharCore Plastering and I will contact Rex again if I need more stucco work done.

Rex was extremely professional and knows his trade! He was informative, very patient and accommodating while I chose the final stucco color. The work had a couple of rain delays but the project progressed smoothly and was completed in the anticipated timeline. The craftsmanship of the stucco wall we had repaired matches the building and looks great!

Rex is a smart savvy businessman. He is responsive to your needs and acts accordingly. His crew is prompt and do excellent work, leaving the job site fairly clean when they finish. Yes, he is pricey, but they are thorough with the job I would hire him again in an instant. Recommended.

Repairs to stucco on stucco house are clean and satisfactory. Painters were very professional...house required power washing, re-caulking 38 large exterior windows, ..two coats of paint on house. Painters arrived on time each day and worked diligently for the entire day. Left no mess and cleaned all windows to remove occasional splatter drops.

CharCore did a fantastic job repairing a wall and my mailbox that were peeling and cracking. Both now look brand new! You can count on Rex to provide a prompt, fair bid and ongoing communication to keep you apprised of the job status. He thoroughly investigated the needed repairs and checked with the stucco rep to also get their opinion on the correct method to repair the damage. CharCore Plastering repaired cracks in our stucco. They were very thorough in repairing cracks that we had identified and those that we did not know about. This says something to me about their work ethics and desire to do a good job for repeat business.

I actually ended up going a different route for my repair work, but Rex was responsive and came out to do an estimate within a few days of initial contact. We communicated both by phone and email, and over the span of a few months, Rex followed-up and kept in touch. He eventually recommended that I research other options due to the nature of my issue. I was pleasantly surprised by and thankful for his honesty. I thought his estimate was a little high for the work to be done, but I would not hesitate to recommend him because it is hard to put a price on integrity.
