Extremely high water bill indicated a water leak. I identified several water leakage issues (toilet parts deteriorated, mildly dripping sinks), but there appeared to be a much bigger problem. Vendor came within 24 hours. Found and repaired the leak over 2 days. First day, identified general location of leak in front of house. (Vendor dug in several areas that were not within the water pipe line area using valuable chargeable $$ time). Second day, found specific leak along water pipe line and repaired it. Also repaired toilet and sinks. The next day after one sink repair, I noticed that one mildly dripping sink turned into a massive, flowing leak from the tightened sink pipe. This saturated the bathroom cabinet and surrounding floor. Vendor came within 2 hours of notification to correct the pipe problem by replacing the pipe. NOTE: sink drip still exists. Dirt cleanup on hard driveway was good. However, dirt and gravel over pipe repair area was loose and unstable. This condition could cause alignment, etc damage to my car. I was advised that the vendor does not pack the soil or level gravel without additional charge. This work was performed by another source. The pricing was outrageous due to the fact that he was digging around my front lawn and was no where near the pipe. The pipe was in a straight line from the meter to the house. It seemed like he was adding on time to the clock. He also cut my irrigation line.

He had to cut sheetrock in the next room to gain access. Not only did he do an outstanding job on the tub, but he installed an access panel so we would not have to cut the wall next time (although he said there would probably not be a next time.) I made the call to the company at 8:00 am and the plumber was at my home by 9:00am. He was not only prompt, but amiable, knowledgeable and fair. I would definitely use this plumber again and refer my friends and family to him.

Too many times you can have a simple job and end up having to deal with being pushed to the end of the line. I expected that to be the case with this service. At $75 it was certainly no money maker. I was wrong! It was obvious from the beginning that I was to be taken care of. As a result it was pretty easy to mark all categories Excellent. I'll use them again. My thanks to Ronnie, Denise and Jerry.

The price was very, very competitive. The sewer line clogged up and the plumber that came out to look at it said the pipe that was actually in the house was collapsing and it had to be replaced and they quoted me a price between $1400-$1500 and I called another company in the yellow pages and they quoted me $1600 or $1700. I called another plumber that advertises heavily on the radio and he wanted $2300. I called a builder who's a friend of mine and he said it usually runs around $600-$700 so I called up the company he recommended. They gave me a set price but they weren't using the schedule for the PVC and Certified was which is the superior way of doing it and the price was basically less than anybody else who have given me their price. What amazed me was that we dealt from $756 using not PVC but another pipe all the way up to $2300 which was basically the same thing. Honesty, upfront, they did exactly what they promised they were going to do, they did it in a timely fashion, they did it in a very professional manner, and I didn't have to chase them for a price. They came out later on with the correct price. I will absolutely use them again. In fact, I told the management company that handles this property that any plumbing issues that come out in the future I don't want to use their house plumber, that's the one that quoted me $800. I want to use Certified.
