+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. Their price was good, and their sales lady was outstanding. I love the cabinets and they were installed quickly and professionally. They were very responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

They listen to my needs and ideas and helped me at every turn. Were there problems, yes. But most importantly they went the extra mile to correct them. Thanks guys.

+ 0 moreThe cabinets were absolutely gorgeous. The installer was quick, professional, trust worthy and you could tell the company is a good company. When they said that the cabinets would be done at a certain time, they would be ready that day. It was kind of pricey but we were very happy with the work.
Description of Work: They did kitchen cabinets and our bathroom vanity.

+ 0 moreOverall, purchasing from Cabinets Direct was a pleasant and worry-free experience. I am delighted with the service and quality of the cabinets and highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Upon finding that Cabinets Direct carried the highly rated, American made, Cardell cabinets (among others), I stopped at their beautifully displayed showroom. Mike showed me the various styles and finishes as well as counter tops. Next, Doug came to my home and measured for the cabinets. He designed an attractive and functional layout. The cabinets were ordered and arrived in approximately 3 weeks. The skilled installers (3 men) installed the cabinets in a professional and meticulous manner. Garth came and did a beautiful job of building the range hood vent box.

+ 0 moreThey delivered the cabinets in boxes on one day and start the installation the following. It took 1 and half days for the install. Can pay extra for the demo or do it yourself. I would suggest that you have someone be around for the install, in case there are questions. They did vacuum and take the boxes with them.
Description of Work: They assisted with cabinet selection and the lay out. Communication was better by phone than by email. Some miscommunication between installer and the company cost a few hours in labor and time, but in the end things were done to my satisfaction. A couple of doors are going to be replaced due to blemishes on the fronts. They should be in soon. Also, waiting on the repair kit that did not show up the the cabinets.
