Description of Work: They checked all sentricon in-ground termite bait traps. System was installed two years ago and has been providing protection with no problems

Description of Work: I use Bug Out Service of Northwest Florida for the termite inspection. I have the Sentricon system and they check that out every three months.

Description of Work: This business is the most professional, honest, and reasonably priced pest control business in the area. I had first called the competition, Terminix, and just did not feel right with Terminix"s assessment and inspection. I was correct in my assumptions. The Bug Out Team educated me , answered all my concerns , and were much more thorough then the other company. The greatest complement I can give this company, is that they are honest. The reason I mention honesty, is because Terminix told me I had termites, swarmmers to be exact, but yet never showed me a live or dead specimen. As the Bug Out Team inspected my house, I noticed they performed a much more in depth inspection of my property.Terminix didn't even go up into my attic to check, where as the Bug Out Team looked in every nook and cranny of the house and the attic. Conclusion.....they didn't find any evidence of "swarmmer termites" dead or alive, Thus, I was still under the 72 hour cancelation clause of the Terminix contract, in which I immediately terminated the service from Terminix. Even though I had no visible signs of termites or termite damage, I decided to have Bug Out treat my house none the less, and again Bug Out out performed the competition because they were $800 cheaper than Terminix. I will continue to use Bug Out of Northwest Florida, probably forever.
