Rob Brennan went beyond our expectations! He has an exceptional crew working for him. Always eager to work from early morning to the late afternoon. Always communicating with each other; making sure the work is done correctly. After a long day, they clean up the worksite before leaving. We’ve been impressed with their work from the first day to completion of the job. Love our new deck! It was built exactly as we envisioned. We would definitely have Rob and his crew do any future job which would require their line of work. GREAT job Affordable Views!

There are still some good contractors out there. We hired Rob and his team to replace our 600 sq. ft. deck. They did not disappoint. Our finished product is exactly what we asked for. Rob runs an impressive business. I have some limited experience in the construction industry and his ability to keep a job moving ahead at a fast pace, his attention to detail, and his excellent communication are a rare combination. He is not the cheapest builder but his prices are more than fair. In the end, with no hassles and high quality work, you will save money going with him and be very happy with the final product. I cant say enough good stuff about Rob and his crews.

Finish basement: two bedrooms, full bath, wet bar, great room with gas fireplace. Install additional kitchen cabinets in main floor kitchen. Bottom line, very pleased and would trust Rob and his crews again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends/family. Existing house is three years old. We asked Rob to make it look as if the original builder had done the basement. Rob said "no problem". Rob wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate. We went with Rob due to his years of documented experience and he did not disappoint. As homeowners with zero handy experience, we relied on Rob to provide a turnkey experience. He got started quickly, listening to our goals and lending his knowledge to get the design just right. He gave us a timeline so we'd know what to expect and when. He finished a little under the expected budget. UNDER budget. He and his crews were always professional and courteous. If we had questions or concerns, he was quick to address them. Rob is great at communicating with clients and organizing his team. They were professional and did good quality work. We're really happy with how quickly they pulled it together and coordinated with our garage door company. We'll keep Affordable Views in mind for future projects.

Rob, and his crews, did a great job. It was a unique project and was the first time for us to ever do something on this scale. The improvements to our home have been enjoyed daily! See the photos! (The first two are the 'before' photos) previously, the back of our home (facing PikesPeak) was a small door and a small window on either side of a fireplace that did not work. Our old deck also required you to come out of the door, take three steps down, then take two steps onto the deck - NOT functional - in the least! Rob was able to open up the back of the home from the far edge of the former window to the former door's far edge. The fireplace was removed, and we had the double sliding door put in. It truly feels like we did an addition to our home! The new deck is beautiful, and you walk right out onto it! We chose to upgrade the railings to improve the views and the aesthetics of the deck. I can't say enough good things about Rob Brennan and Affordable Views. Rob was on time for our estimate appointment and gave me a written estimate within days. It wasn't the cheapest estimate I got, nor was it the most expensive. He was knowledgeable, competent, communicative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed about when crew members would show up to work, and they all showed up as advertised. Work was done skillfully and quickly. His crews cleaned up after themselves and were unfailingly polite and on time. My husband's new office looks amazing! I will absolutely use Affordable Views for future renovation projects.

Both jobs were done to very high standards. 1) The covered patio is 15X30, has stucco pillars, included electrical work to install lights, outlets and ceiling fans. This also included matching to the existing stucco. This project was structural and while the 3 sides are open it is considered to be a 3 season room. This job was approx $20K 2) I had a series of arches and pillars that separated the family room from the kitchen. The pillars were carrying the load for the 2nd story. They had to remove the arches and pillars and replace with a steel beam, move the electrical and HVAC and then all the drywall work after the fact. This was approx $11K Both projects went very well, and I would hire Rob again!

Excellent! Rob is trustworthy and honest. I was out of town while the project was being done and he always kept me informed and contacted me with issues with solutions.

It went well, basically one person did 90 % of the work, so went over estimated time, but the person was very good and did not skip on skills to get done earlier. Very nice young man, and explained what he was doing and he would ask me if he needed to change something, as I wanted it the same as old deck.

Rob was fantastic! He really came through for us, rescuing us from a bad situation. Rob was knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was easy to work with. He was able to fit us into his schedule and we love the final product! The workers were clean and respectful and did top notch work.

We needed a unfinished room completely finished, starting with Sheetrock, drywall, paint, electrical, and carpet. We struggled to find a contractor at the beginning of the summer for such a small project, that is until we came across Rob, the owner of Affordable Views. From my first email I received a call back that day, he returns all calls and texts the same day, usually almost immediately and always answers your questions. He’s professional, knowledgeable and on top of things. Rob managed the project better than any I’ve been involved with in the past. He notified me when the contractors would arrive, would check in on their work daily, and always follow up. The contractors he works with share the same professionalism. The work done was of high quality, clean and quick. From having a house built, remodeled or finishing a basement, this is the company you should choose. We had such a great experience and highly recommend Rob at Affordable Views! A++++++

Rob and his team were professional, thoughtful, and asked us what we envisioned through each step of the project. We are so pleased with the beautiful results. We would certainly contact Affordable Views by RJB Construction if we consider another project.

Rob the owner was the one to come for the interview, promptly provided an estimate and was ready to start right away. His estimate was on par with the other 2 we had received, he was just the most prompt and a down to earth guy. He also would be on site, he'd be my point of contact. I don't like agreeing to a project with a salesman, who's experience and knowledge is not the same as the the person that will be building it, and then you never see that salesman again. I want the person with whom I form a contract to be the one overseeing the work and workers, if not doing the work himself. Rob did both. Day 1, he was out there digging the holes while his guys finished up other jobs, to keep us on time. Once his 2 guys took over, he checked in frequently and lent a hand. His 2 guys were hardworking, nice and approachable. One built a great solid structure, and was there everyday all day. The other was the detail guy who went over the deck and yard with a fine tooth comb doing the touch up and cleaning up every scrap, which I appreciated so much. The deck is absolutely perfect and I trust RJB to do another flawless and prompt job the next time we hire them.

Excellent from bid proposal (very competitive) to completion (takes credit card payment). Skills and talents of both Rob and crew were outstanding. Great pros, punctual, pleasant to have on site.

Rob was very professional and completed my garage in just over 2 months in spite of winter weather. He personally supervised every aspect of construction to insure a quality job. I am very happy with the result and I would certainly hire him again.

Bathroom looks great after 15 weeks of work. There were many hiccups during the process, and it took three times longer then quoted. At the end of the day, our new bathroom is gorgeous.

This was the second job we hired Rob and his crew for - the first being the addition of a covered deck. After our first experience, we knew we had found our go-to contractor. With such a massive remodel being done in 3 different parts of the house, it was an impressive sight to see all of the moving parts Rob had to schedule and coordinate in order for things to continuously move forward. His full time crew were wonderful to work with and had incredible attention to detail. They have literally made our dreams come true and we look forward to hiring them again for our next project. We won't look anywhere else!

Rob and his team of stone masons are the best! Rob met with me to discuss the project and helped with selecting the right materials for the job. The masons that installed the stone were top notch and meticulously installed every stone to make it look as if the house was built with that stone. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and we would hire RJB Construction again and again.

Rob and his deck crew (Josh, Nick and Bruce) were top-notch to deal with. They worked together well as a team and had a genuine interest in doing the job right. The stucco application by the sub-contractor was initially a problem, but the end result was good.

Rob and his team were great to work with throughout the process. From the start, Rob worked with us to come up with a design that met our needs, especially as it related to lessening the impacts on our aging pets. He led us through the process of what we could and couldn't do, including personally checking out local regs, and product selection. Rob is very low pressure, We started with an initial estimate in Feb 2017 but didn't start the job until November. Josh, Nick and Anthony executed the design plan flawlessly. They were here when we were told they'd be, answered all of out questions, and even did a few modifications along the way. The timing from start to completion was spot on. We are very pleased with Affordable Views and recommend them highly for your project.

Rob, the owner, was outstanding. He was responsive, professional, and quite helpful. The finished fireplace/wall is a great addition to our deck--an it has tremendously enhanced the privacy of our deck.
