Arrived on time and performed the job digging by hand quickly and cleaned up the area afterwards! Couldn’t even tell where they had to dig! Highly recommend these hard working professionals!

I called them really early...and they sent someone out about 9am. He had to dig to get to the tank. The problem was a broken pipe to the tank. He wasn't able to fix that, it needed a plumber. So, I had him pump the tank out while he was there. We got the pipe fixed by our plumber, and everything is working fine now.

These guys are great, we're buying house in Pensacola from out of state, they arranged the time and meetup with our realtor, pumped and certified the tank and flagged the field as requested. On top of this they followed up and answered more questions we had like were the trees far enough back from the field etc. Prompt and courteous and they go all in on making the customer happy. Well done Boyetts.

They were fine. They were good. It wasn't great to start with but I called Mr. Boyett and told him what I was upset about. He made it right. Overall, he did a fair thing. I was a happy customer and I'd use them again.

Talked with Mr. Boyette, owner who adjusted the bill and said a jobs not done until it's done no matter what the time of day. He handled the situation very professionally so I won't hesitate to use again if I need more septic service.

They went way above and beyond. I was sure I needed drain field and tank replaced. Which would be very expensive. Roy showed evidence drain field ok. Then he went to a lot of effort to remove clogs from multiple locations. Also provided diy advice that saved me a few $k. This is huge contrast to a non-angie list guy I hired 2 months ago. That guy punched holes in my sewer pipe at 3 locations. Real slime ball. I have pic of damage. I wondered why he was prying on his probe. Now it all makes sense. Thanks Boyett and Angie list!!!

We had no interruption in our Septic Service. The entire yard was dug up all lines were replaced with in one day new backfill rock was put in. Absolutely did a fantastic job. The grade of the yard was left in better condition when they were finished than it was when they started. It's been over 1 year now and it still had no problems..

Shane and Rodney showed up on scheduled time, Parked there big rig out front on street, Not on the grass, they walked around septic area poked and prodded until they found and pretty accurately measured off septic tank. Pulled lid off black water tank and then proceeded to dig and take lid off gray water side. Wham Bam and they were done and out of here. Grass all replaced and my septic clean as a whistle. Thanks guys for being kind and courteous for such a dirty job. Allen Watson

I've used them a number of times. They're very good. They're punctual, professional, very knowledgeable and very good at meeting your needs. They know what you want and they know what to do.

I recently purchased a older house in Pensacola and was told there was a septic tank on the property, however no one (including the elderly seller) knew exactly where it was or when it was last serviced. The county also had no records applicable to it. Though there were no septic problems apparent, I thought it best to get a maintenance schedule started. Boyette's located the tank and had it opened within 30 minutes. (Their arrival was delayed a few hours by extreme weather causing them to have backlogs: not their fault. They kept me informed.) As they worked, I was called out by them from time to time so they could show me all the issues they found. My tank is structurally sound but there are minor root intrusions they said needed attending to but that their company is not equipped to handle them. They recommended one or two companies I could call for that service and gave me info on how to take care of the tank. Their info was actually "scientifically based" than the testimonial and "wives tale" types of recommendations commonly found on the Internet or that I've been told by other companies in the past. I appreciated that as it confirmed to me these guys knew their stuff. I will be calling them in future for maintenance on this system.

I called Boyett's around 9 am requesting my septic tank be pumped out sometime this week. I fully expected to get an appointment sometime later in the week. Much to my surprise, the lady gave me an appointment for later in the morning. The technician arrived about 90 minutes later which was right on time. There was some minor difficulty finding the 'plug' to the tank as it had been about 10 years since I had last had the tank pumped. The job was completed very quickly. In fact, I had needlessly worried that the truck would block my wife's return from going shopping for an hour but the job was completed and truck left before her return. Unfortunately for me, the rains continued and the party we had scheduled was minimized due to the downpour but wasn't spoiled by septic problems.

I needed a quick septic tank inspection for a home I am interested in buying and I found Boyett's here on Angie's List. They were very prompt and professional and were flexible enough to work with the local real estate agent and myself to make this happen in very short order. I will use Boyett's again in the future.
