Description of Work: They did not arrive for quote on time. When I called to find out why no appearance, they said he was on the way (after a long hold). |At quote they looked at present furance and A/C and quoted duplicate. Winning contractor calculated heat and cooling loads and quoted smaller equipment based on new windows and attic insulation. New install on winning contractor works and feels great.

+ -1 moreHe comes out every year and checks the air conditioning unit. Sometimes I spend $45 and sometimes $75 on the 2 units, but it has always been under $100. He has been someone we have used for years. He is reliable, dependable and he is under our sub division. He is on our home owner’s association. I would give him an A across the board.
Description of Work: I use Berberi Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and air conditioning maintenance. The last time I used them was a year ago to check our air conditioner.
