They have done a lot of work for me. They did a very good job. They did it fairly quickly and very professionally. I have no complaints.

It went great, and the staff from the front office to the techs were professional.

Showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, located the problem, fixed it and were done in a reasonably short amount of time. Price was right. Would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

I called and spoke with Kim, explaining the several small jobs that needed to be done. She asked several questions to better understand my needs. She was very pleasant and professional. We scheduled an appointment for 12OCT. Vince and Johnathan arrived right on time. I explained my needs and they immediately went to work. I had several dead outlets in one room and I casually mentioned that an outlet in another room worked intermittently. They immediately knew, without examination, that this outlet was causing the outlets in the other room to not work. Very impressive (to me). All the work was completed within two hours. They were professional and pleasant well beyond the norm (to me). I had used them almost exactly two years previously, and they were outstanding during that visit as well. They cleaned up very nicely, leaving behind no scraps. The price? Well within what I had thought I would pay. Two men, two hours each, with the bill less than $200. They also had to supply a few parts. It's gratifying to do business with a company that is responsive, does quality work and offers a fair price. I see no reason to ever have another electrical company come to the house. I also note Armstrong has been in business many years, and my observations mentioned above are obviously the reason for this success.

Had to modify the wall the panel went into because houses built in the 60's had 12 inch centers and todays circuit panel boxes are made for 16 inch centered walls. You can't tell that anything was ever done to the wall. Well done

I was extremely pleased with Armstrong Electric. Everyone I had contact with (office staff, scheduler, estimator and electricians) were top notch, very professional, dependable!! I have an 80 year old house and there were some obvious problems: some baseboard electric outlets were loose, coming out of the wall. Turned out some were so old the parts had broken off on the inside - so they were safety/fire hazards. Because of this, I asked that they inspect every single outlet in my house (21 total) - for my own peace of mind. They did this - inside and outside and replaced the few that needed replacement, tightened up others so that I now feel safe. While doing their inspection and testing, they showed me that I already had some bath and kitchen outlets wired as GFCI, showed me how that worked, which I didn't realize since they did not all have the GFCI type faceplates. That was really good news for me. They also fixed a ceiling fan that was vibrating, changed out the kitchen wall dimmer switches, fixed a pendant lamp, went under my house and did an inspection of electrical and fixed a problem with a live dangling wire. And, finally, they solved an electrical mystery in the laundry room which had been causing problems for the former washer/dryer in there for a long time. When the W/D was turned on, sometimes the equipment would shock me and I'd seen an arc in there at one time. Went through many appliance repair efforts, thinking it was a W/D problem. But the appliance repair people told me it was an electrical problem. Had 3 different electricians (from other companies )come out to assess the laundry room electric and none of them found a problem. I gave up. I asked the Armstrong electricians to check this out while they were here - and they found and fixed the problem! (Cold water pipe was grounded, but the hot water was not - they fixed this. Mystery solved.) I also had 2 antique table lamps that needed rewiring and they did that as well while they were here. They worked quickly and were very thorough, plus they patiently answered all my questions. So glad to have found this company. They are excellent and it is nice to find professionals who are real experts and that I have complete confidence in. Office staff was very good and followed up on everything I requested. Will be calling them for all my electrical work as I remodel. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

I have used Armstrong Electric Co. twice due to the confusion in finding my light switch issues. After the second visit, he was able to find the issue within my switch area and resolving the wiring issue.

The electricians were prompt, courteous and professional. Quality of workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I apologize ahead of time for being terrible with names: They got their first point just by answering the phone when I called. As strange as it might seem, that's becoming more and more rare. I was received by a nice lady (an owner, I think) who gave my number to the estimator (her husband, I suppose). He called me back within 15 minutes and came out for an estimate on the very next day. The moment he arrived he started giving me useful information that saved me at least $1,000 and we walked through it. I had my written estimate 3 business days later in my email and electricians were on site 2 days after that. I was mega impressed with the timeline. The ONLY little quirk that I would feel dishonest if I did not mention. No one showed up on [business] day 2.. nor did they call me. The same thing on day 3. Then, on day 4, they were back and finished the work. The foreman fellow was apologetic and told me they had an emergency and had to go handle it. Because I was in no particular hurry, it did not really matter and I did not give them any grief about it, and I certainly understand emergencies. However, I really would have liked a phone call.. Besides that, excellent everything. I ran all of the wires and such in the building and they only had to install the outlets. I exhausted Home Depot and Lowes on a few parts and had to improvise a few things (nothing dangerous though) that cost them a lot of extra time. The foreman mentioned these things, but was extremely nice about it. I cannot see a single flaw in ANY of the work they did. Everything is clean and nice. There are certain things that clearly demonstrate a desire to do a good job, and many of them they could have skipped or rushed and still been within agreement, but they didn't and everything is perfect. In short, Armstrong is now my electrical company, and I'll be calling them every time I need an electrician (though I always get 2-3 bids in everything I do because they're free and it keeps everyone honest). I highly recommend them.

It was difficult, but they did a fine job. Haven't rec'd invoice yet.

I called and spoke with a pleasant lady who got my contact information and some details about the type of work required. She said the owner (?) would call shortly and get more information and make an appointment. I received his call within an hour. We discussed the work and set an appointment date. He, too, was very pleasant. Vince arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment time. He was a very engaging man. He quickly set to work. In total, two lights were repaired and two were replaced. I was very happy with the quality of the work. I will definitely use Armstrong in the future I was very pleased with Armstrong.

Called the company and I was told that someone would call me back, which they never did. Called the company a second time and was told by Criag Armstrong that he was busy, but he would call me back to come out in a couple of days. This was over two weeks ago and have not heard back from him or anyone else at the company. I was calling about a rewire of an entire house, which should be a good job for most companies. Keeping appts. and calling customers back is, or should be, Business 101. It's like they're doing you a favor by calling you back or coming out to provide an estimate. Looking for a company that's willing to work.

I called Armstrong Electric because a roofer informed me that my solar powered roof ventilator was not working. I spoke with Craig and he said that he was not familiar with solar powered ventilators, however they were interested in learning more about them. He stated that he would be happy to send someone out look at it, but realized that they may or may not be able to repair the ventilator. When the technician got here it was mid afternoon, this is Florida, and the roof was so hot that he couldn't lay down on my black roof to repair the ventilator. He asked if it would be okay to come back early the next day. I said that would be fine and the next morning bright and early he showed up. When he disassembled the ventilator it was discovered that the original installer failed to remove the thermostat that was stuck to the housing and let it dangle into the attic as was required. He contacted the manufacturer and found out that they could safely bypass the thermostat and asked if I would allow that. I said that was fine and he bypass the thermostat. He returned later that afternoon and verified that it was probably working. I don't see how they could've done more. They resolved the problem at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.

Two guys showed up right on time and started right to work. The wiring was already completed for all tasks; they just did the installations. They installed 2 ceiling fans in our gazebo. They installed a waterproof double switch to power the ceiling fans and 2 track lights also in the gazebo. They were suppose to install one of the track lights but when they opened the package they determined there was a part missing. They repackaged it very neatly for us so we could exchange it. They also installed a fluorescent light in our shed. When they were finished they made sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction, and cleaned up the work area before leaving.

Quick response, very easy communications with clarity. Their friendly nature made it easy to ask questions without feeling like an idiot. They made no assumptions and answered us without condescension. Let's face it, it's not everyday your electricity goes crazy, blowing lightbulbs and frying fans. We had no idea what to do. But the folks at Armstrong Electric did. Our power is not only back on, it's updated and safer. More importantly, they taught me as they worked so I can perform minor maintenance and stay aware of problems, fixing them before they become serious. I would strongly recommend Armstrong Electric. Form the staff who answered the phone to the guys who came out to help, they were professional, friendly

The most impressive thing about this company was the service. We were in a panic to get someone out ASAP as we had dry-wallers scheduled in two days and the contracted electrician did not show as secluded. Our entire project was about to be pushed back at least a week. When we called Armstrong and told them our needs they were most responsive and sent out Guy the NEXT day!!!!! Guy was very professional and knowledgeable and did everything we needed to have done even though it ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated.

It was an alumicon job and the guys went above and beyond when they moved my patio light switch. They also straightened out the wiring along the eave of the house. Not really in their job description but truly wonderful guys. Thank you.
