Description of Work: We hired Aqua Pools in 2006 to service our pool. We were renting our home and to our knowledge there were no issues. We moved back to the area and in the last year service and customer service is really bad. There were no consistency in service techs. Twice our pool enclosure was punctured. The first time although it took some time they fixed it. The second hole has not been fixed and after numerous calls and three emails it's still not repaired - it is VERY disheartening that this company has no regard for customer loyalty. We've been a customer for 10 years the least they can do is return calls or follow -up.

Description of Work: I have been using Aqua Pool & Patio since July 2012 for weekly pool service and for mechanical problems as needed. Everything was great, but in the summer of 2014, everything changed. They assigned a new tech guy to do my weekly service, and in the last 12 months, my pool has been filthy. It turned green for two months last summer, and I had to call them almost every day until they agreed to come out every day until it cleared. They finally concluded that they had failed to inform the new tech guy that my pool has a DE filter, which was the reason it turned green. Currently, my pool has had pollen and dirt on the bottom of it for several months. Now that it is pool season, I have been calling and asking for it to be properly cleaned. I have been given excuses but no action. This past week, they sent someone out on Tuesday to clean it (my normal day is supposed to be Thursday, although I can never count on it). He cleaned the waterline on the tile that had been there for 3 weeks following heavy rain and vacuumed enough to stir up the pollen and dirt. The next day, the pollen & dirt had settled back down. I called them and was told that they would "yell" at the tech guy. I assumed, erroneously, that someone would come back out Thursday (my "normal" day). I called to report it on Friday, and because the weather was supposed to be bad, I didn't expect anyone to come out. The weather didn't materialize, and no one showed up. I called Saturday to ask if someone was coming out on Saturday, and I was told that they didn't have any techs working that day. My neighbors wanted to come over to swim, and I had to tell them that my pool was too dirty. I am embarrassed by its appearance and by my continued reliance on Aqua Pool and Patio to get my pool clean. I will be spreading the word to anyone I can about my experiences and will recommend against using Aqua Pool and Patio at every opportunity I get. Pursuant to my agreement with them, I will be giving them 30 days notice today that I will be terminating the agreement.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house and the swimming pool was green we were also unsure if the pumps were working properly. Ron came out to the house and provided a quote, then technicians came out to checkout our pumps and replaced a valve. Immediately there after the cleaner came out, and continued to come out each day until the pool was back to clear.

Description of Work: Called twice for estimates and both times promised return calls not returned. Found another pool company which I fell in love with so maybe blessing in disguise.

Description of Work: Called provider to provide service for a consistently cloudy pool, took over four hours for provider to return my call, stated it would require at least three business days to send someone to my residence and the minimum fee to show up would be $75.00. Provider attempted to convince me, he was doing me a huge favor. No thanks, horrible experience.

Description of Work: Pool Liner replaced on at 15 x 30 in-ground swimming pool. Also, repaired one section of the concrete sidewalk border around the pool. The staff and workers were professional, courteous, and responsive to my inquiries along the way. They returned promptly after the job, at my request, to check on one concern.

Description of Work: Aqua Pool & Patio is the name of this company. They replaced my pool pump motor when it burned up, they replaced the multiport valve for my filter when it failed, and they were so prompt and knowledgeable that I decided to sign a contract with them for regular pool cleaning. They are wonderful. Their store is a wonderful place to shop, not just for pool chemicals and equipment, but also for decorative items and gifts.

Description of Work: Removed old pool liner and replaced with a new liner. Replaced a section of concrete around the pool. Replaced pool ladders. Replaced pool light. Checked to determine whether a variety of other repairs were needed while replacing the liner, and performed repairs as needed.
