If I could give a zero I would. They are the second company to come and fix my washer. My washer is under warranty and the warranty company just keeps paying to replace part after part and this company even said to us that it’s probably electrical issue. But are claiming parts that aren’t gonna fix the problem. They are just out for the money not to take care of you. They don’t tell you when they schedule your appointment the notice they give you is 30 min before they show up. My washer has been broke for almost a year. I bought a washer off of amazon to use in the meantime but it’s ridiculous I paid $1,000 for my washer had it not even two years. Never use this company!

Came out to do warranty work on my dishwasher its now been 2 months and the only reason I got any follow up from them or my warranty company is because i got on the phone and chased them all down. Anderson came out to diagnose the problem, ordered the part and was back a week later. When the technician arrived he looked under my sink and said he would have to order another part and he would be back… almost 2mo later the only f/u is as stated above. Turns out the part they’re waiting for is a universal dishwasher drain hose adapter. The rogue part is less than $5 at any hardware store. 2mo without a dishwasher, warranty company blames Anderson appliance and Anderson says they’re waiting on the warranty company. Leaving appropriate reviews for both companies & cancelling warranty.

The day after they came and “fixed” our washer I did a load of laundry and it did the same thing. I paid almost $300 for them to fix this issue. I called them that day and left a message and I’ve called multiple times since. If you want any appliances fixed do not use this company. The funny part is they say on the bill that they “guarantee their work for 30days”. However they don’t return you calls.

I don’t know how they stay in business when they do not answer or return calls. I left multiple messages, never a response.

BJ came out did assessment and said would have to order parts. Asked to pay up front, $286. Reasonable price. Bad news is took week to get parts. Finally fixed on July 16. In my house a week without dryer is bad. Had to go to laundromat 2 times. Hated it. Anthony, the actual repairman was very professional and fixed the dryer in short order. Works great. Would recommend them again. Just know that you will be asked to pay up front for any repairs, parts and service call. I am ok with that condition.

I called Sears over this refrigerator that I paid $1800 for and have to have serviced at least once a year, pro. Sears had Anderson Appliance Service come out on May 6th. He ordered the part for my refrigerator. It's been over two weeks. My refrigerator sounds like a jet engine. I've called twice and they keep telling me the part should be in the next couple of days.

When I called to make an appointment, Dan was very courteous and helpful. I was given a reasonable window for my appointment time and Clarence called when he was 25 minutes out. Clarence throughly inspected and gave an estimate for repairs. Clarence was professional and courteous throughout his visit. I would definitely use Anderson Appliance Service in the future and recommend them to others!
