Anderson Air is my first choice for service to my home and several rental properties. During the last few years I've used Anderson Air to replace 5 HVAC units and to perform more than a dozen repairs; some at night, some on weekends, and some on holidays. I'm always pleased with their service and prices. They seem to be dedicated to providing, not just good service, but excellent service.

Went quite well. Very professional. Kept me informed from start to finish. Even sent me the S/N of all the equipement to register with the manufacturer. Very impressed with Sean. Highly recommended. Will continue to use for all my AC and heating issues (if any).

I had a central A/C system (4 ton, with 3.5 ton outside) on its last leg. I had called a few times to have Sean refill the freon since thre was a leak in the inside coil. I desperately needed a new unit. They kept my existing unit running until I was ready to purchase a new system. Sean spent SEVERAL hours with me over the course of a few weeks to ensure I had a proper understanding of what I was purchasing for the money. Since the summer was over, they were able to get me a few manufacturers rebates to lower the price. He wound up getting me a 7300 dollar system for a little above 5000 dollars. He gave me several choices and recommendations, while even explaining the HVAC engineering concepts to me. I decided for the more expensive unit since the timing and the price were fantastic. I was not pressured in the least into buying a new system. I knew that I needed it and it was a long time coming. The actual install was executed with expertise, quality, and was very clean. They removed the old system and installed the new without using any of the existing connections or equipment (since the refrigerant was different between the new and old, Sean said that he did not want to risk any issues resulting from remnants of the old refrigerant. They installed EVERYTHING brand new adhering to code as well as cutting another return vent for me. The new system performs like we never imagined. It is extremely quiet and efficient. We usually never hear the system running and can definitely tell the difference on the electric bill. After dealing with them it is obvious that Sean and his staff continually educate themselves with the very latest information in the HVAC field and there was not a single question he could not answer. I actually shopped around before purchasing this new unit from Anderson Air and no other company could touch his pricing, professionalism, dedication, and customer service. I am now a life-long customer of Anderson Air! This is not just a job for these guys... they live, breathe, and enjoy this stuff!
