I went up there the first time and Bob, the other owner, went over all the styles, wrote down their base prices and cost of extras. I emailed back a few days later and told them I like the quality and style, but when I added in the cost of extras and the cost of me having to do the permitting (since they do not) it came out to around the same cost, if not more, which is not what Karen had mentioned to me in email originally. They told me to come back up to discuss. When I drove across town a couple days later to discuss, I imformed Bob what Karen had said about beating the price by a couple hundred, and told him what figure I was trying to stay under, he stated that "She shouldnt have said that." We looked over the quotes that he gave me originally and after going back and forth in discussion, he stated that most of his customers dont do things by the book (referring to Permitting and even HOA) and when I tried to negotiate price a little, he stated "Since you stand by your guns, I will too, prices stand." Im sure the company does great work and I liked the quality of materials, but for a company that doesnt take care of or even cooperate with permitting, the owner should be more open to discussion and negotiation since that process for permitting can be alot for a homeowner to take on.

The shed was built on time and met all of our expectations as far as quality and craftsmanship. Dana and crew were awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality built storage/yard storage shed.

They are a family business and they were very truthful about when they could do the job because they can only do so much each day. I paid them in full before the job and they followed through. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and built shed

It took about three weeks from the time of order until the crew could build the shed, simply because they build a limited quantity of sheds each week. I was impressed with the HardiePanel siding, which cannot rust, rot, or be eaten by insects. No other shed builder in the Pensacola area offered this type of option. I was also offered my choice of a traditional shingle roof or the steel roof with skylights. The entire unit was built in less than two days. They also offer painting services, but I chose to paint it myself. The owner, Bob Sanborn is very professional and seems to be a man of integrity. Although I paid $600 down toward the purchase, then the balance upon completion, he held the deposit check until the job was finished and I was a satisfied customer.
