Description of Work: Computer needed debugging (not a malware issue). He was thorough and explained needs/issues MUCH better than Best Buy or other places I've gone to ask questions. Fair and competent. I found him through Angie! Good shop for dinosaurs like me who don't understand a lot about computers.

Description of Work: Jeff actually came in June & again in July for a total of $200. He transferred files from one computer to another, put more memory in & cleaned out a computer & loaded a program & operating system on a laptop. He's very personable, punctual & polite. I'd use him again.

Description of Work: My desktop computer was acting very strangely and I knew I did not have the expertise to make it right. My son-in-law put me int ouch with Tim Willby the owner of the company. I called first thing in the morning and was told to bring it in which I did. The people were very friendly and took my information. Five hours later I received a call that the problem was resolved and I could pick the computer up. It is working very well.

+ -1 moreA friend mentioned the shop to me. It shares a building with a Emerald Coast Marine, so there was a little confusion as to where their computer repair office was but I found it okay. The owner was very nice and he seemed very competent. I thought the price was very fair for the diagnostics and repairs needed. I would have had to pay more than that at most places just to have the diagnostics done on my laptop, much less having my printer repaired as well.
Description of Work: Took a Canon All-in-One Printer/Fax/Copier in because something had gotten dropped inside it and paper was jamming. Couldn't find anyone in the area willing to work on it and Canon wanted me to ship it to them to fix. He took it apart, got the foreign materials out and tested it until he was sure it would work fine for me. I also took a laptop computer in to have a sound card replaced and he told me I just needed the driver re-installed, which he did, and the sound is working fine. Didn't try to sell me a part I didn't need, which I really appreciate.
