Dan provides professional work. I didn’t feel like just a number that he had to “get to” for an appointment. He genuinely cared and that makes for a quality experience that I don’t normally find when hiring help for my home. 5 stars, would hire again and would 100% recommend. All Brand Appliance Repair did the repair correctly and in a timely manor, which Gulfside Appliance Repair was not qualified to do. Dishwasher operates correctly now.

The outcome was fine but rescheduled 3 times. My guess is that they book too many visits in a given day and if they run into a problem, the delays cause them to reschedule. So my dishwasher took an extra 5 days to get fixed.

Problem was diagnosed, new compressor was obtained under warranty from LG, filing all paperwork needed. Installation was prompt after receiving replacement compressor. Dan Brand had previously replaced many other failed LG units and knew how to do the work expertly and quickly. I could not be more satisfied. Excellent an all counts.

Jason was awesome! What a great guy! Very compassionate. My refrigerator broke last Thursday Dec 26. I looked up on Angie's list who is a reliable appliance repairman in my area and they referred me to All Brand. I called and IMMEDIATELY, got to spoke to someone from All Brand. I spoke to the VP of the company, Jason. He was so understanding and when he found out this was our ONLY refrigerator, he was very honest that he can't make it until a few days later but he set me up 3-4 days later the soonest he could. I got a text and a call before he came to confirm the appointment and he was prompt, very kind, polite, understanding as well as extremely knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, what happened to the refrigerator and was very honest and sincere in doing so. I was very impressed with his service and honesty. That's how everyone should conduct business. I would highly recommend them to everyone asking about appliance repair.

Jason arrived on time and was very friendly. I had thought the bearings were bad, he turned on the washer and agreed that the bearings were gone. He started writing up a quote and while he was getting part numbers, he noticed the retaining nut (?) was loose. So he removed the plate and reset it, tightened the bolt and the washer worked fine. Saved us a lot of money. Most definitely will use All Brand in the future and highly recommend them. Great Company.

The repair person arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly identified the problem and explained everything as he worked. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and the price for the repair was very fair. We would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend to others.

I waited to here back from them after they ordered the parts, they never called me so after 2 weeks I called them never heard back then they finaly showed up and fixed it 15 days after estimate

I selected the option through Angie’s List for All Beand Appliance repair to contact me, but never received contact via any communication channel. I didn’t follow up thereafter, because if they can’t work out the initial call, how likely is it that service will go well, once it has started?

Overall excellent, a couple of glitches popped up during the work and in my mind only related to the age of the unit. Dan, Jessie and Jason all did their very best and followed up on the work. End result VERY Happy and highly recommend All Brand!

Refrigerator wasn't getting cold and dripping water. They made some repairs to the refrigerator and offered to return for no charge in the event I wasn't happy with the repairs. Very satisfied.

Our refrigerator had quit cooling. All Brand arrived as scheduledand diagnosed the problem quickly. They had to order a circuit board but the fridge was repaired two days later. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.

Dan is honest and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely go to him first for any kind of appliance repair. It was refreshing to find someone who would spend the time to fix the problem instead of replacing the entire ice maker or door at a much higher cost.

They checked out a Viking stove I had that unfortunately couldn't be fixed due to discountinued product. But they were punctual and honest and made an effort to get the products for me. I will call them again when I need an appliance repair

Very professional prompt and extremely nice. Happen to have the part so the dryer was fixed in 20 minutes. Dan was great, he even took the time to show me how to use the duct cleaning tool correctly that attaches to your drill and even did a lot of it for me. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
