ritical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Addison Riley formerly JW Dunwright is the worst. You should not just walk away, but run. We hired them to build our home thinking they were a well vetted reputable franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Although they were one of AR's franchises, AR would not step in and provide any help when everything started going south. I don't have enough time here to outline all the problems we encountered. To make a long story short, however, we ended up firing them after two and a half years without the house being completed. They would not pay subcontractors who ended up placing liens on our house. For this reason, no subs would work for them so they scraped the bottom of the barrel for subs. This resulted in such shoddy workmanship, our new builder couldn't even correct it. Every day we discover something that is a result of this terrible workmanship. We were not the only ones. We found eight other families to which this had happened. Don't be swayed by John Pruitt's seemingly helpful and concerned demeanor. A former employee of his said, "he can sell ice to Eskimos."

It was great. I didn't have any issues. They did what they said they were gonna do. They did it in a timely manner. They did a good job.

It was excellent. Can't complain at all. They did the job right the first time and they got it done in a timely manner.

Jon Pruitt and team was amazing from negotiating with my insurance company to finally hashing it out and getting a claim that I and the insurance company could agree upon and get work started. The roof turned out amazing, and that's all that matters. The crew tarped all around my home, taking special care with shrubs around the house. Can't complain at all.
