The price was fine and the quality of the work was fine once they got it right. On the front load washing machine, it was great and perfect. They got it right the first time and did the work really well. The work on the front load washing machine was fine. The work on the microwave was very frustrating. The most frustrating part of working with that company is callbacks, appointment making, and punctuality. That's a big issue with that company. The bigger problem is the just overall customer service. They are just really hard to get a hold of and get a straight answer out of. They sort of misdiagnosed our microwave and it turned into something that took place for over a month, which is kind of ridiculous. It should have taken a week or two total to fix. Part of the problem in this area is there are not a lot of appliance people that will come and service Navarre. That's why we ended up using them to begin with because we had a really hard time finding somebody that would work on a microwave.

contacted Ace Appliance Service on 10/04/11; the work was completed by 1:00 PM on 10/05/11; very satisfied with work and that they kept their word on when they would come;

Arrived. Looked at the dishwasher. Discovered what was blocking the flow of water and removed it.

My dryer had a loud noise occasionally, then more recent started to not 'dry ' my clothes without taking at least 3 times as long. The dryer did get hot and spin, but not dry clothes effectively. The service men came at specified time and called beforehand to let me know. They were finished within 30 min. I was satisfied with the work, price and overall experience.

I used them about a month ago. They did fine. The price was very reasonable. The only problem I had with them was that they were going to order a part from someone and he was to call me to let me know whether he was able to order it. I never heard from him so I called him back and I eventually got the part. He had ordered it and when it came, they called, came and put it on.

The technician came at the appointed time and quickly solved the problem. The gentleman was polite and efficent.

Great experience with Ace Appliance Repair! We highlly recommend this company to everyone who had need of their services. Very reasonable pricing and quick response to our call. We had called a different company without checking Angie's List prior to contacting Ace. Bad mistake. The first company we called charged us twice what Ace charged and did not replace the parts we were charged for and were unprofessional and rude. I watched the Ace technician was here and it was obvious the parts removed were the original parts on the dryer.

I am not one to to give an A report readily. This was my second experience with this company and I was fully satisfied with each encounter. My wife called the night before and reached answering machine after 8:30 start of business next day was announced. She left message requesting call next morning. I received call at 7:45; afternoon visit between 1 PM and 5 PM was offered and accepted. I was called at 12:10 that serviceman could be at my home in 20 minutes if that was agreeable. It was and truck arrived just as arranged. The washing machine was assessed for operability of electrical controls and non-rotation of tub during spin cycle noted. Broken belt (also my suspicion) was suspected. Machine front removed, revealing belt to be intact. Tub then disassembled, with just the right tools at hand (i.e. he had done this many times before) revealing a drill bit had fallen free from a pants pocket during wash cycle and had become lodged in one of the drain holes, impeding rotation of the tub. He removed the drill bit and inspected base of outer tub for damage. He reassembled tub and reinstalled front of machine. He then made sure the machine would go through a full cycle. Total time was 20-25 minutes. I was totally satisfied with the ease of scheduling the service call, the pre-arrival notification, the skilled disassembly and resolution of the problem. The price was also very reasonable.

Washer was making a strange noise and we noticed agitator stopped working. Kent came and replaced the coupler...took maybe 30 minutes. Pleased with friendliness of technician and the fact that they offered us a 10% military discount. Quite satisfied with my working washing machine. Felt the price was reasonable ($18 for the part, $38 for the service call and $16 for labor). Back to laundry...

They did a good job. I recall their pricing was good.
