Absolute Heating & Air Comditioning

Description of Work: We were having problems getting substantial heat to our baby's room. Keith came out and diagnosed 2 issues. #1 the room is furthest from the unit and #2 the duct was under sized. He ran a dedicated line from the distribution box to the room. While he was there he sealed up some other areas where we were losing air. It took about 4 hours.

Description of Work: Before I called Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning, I was ripped off in the middle of complete installation. I had another heating and air man which WAS a friend of mine start the project. I was having a new central heat and air system put in my rental house. The so called friend put a inside and outside unit in. No duct work yet. He took 80% of the money ($4950) up front and worked for 7 hours. I could not get him to come back and finish. Meanwhile my tenants are getting a little fed up at this time. I called a contractor I know and he gave me Keith with Absolute Heating and Airs #. Keith met me within 15 minutes after calling. I found out the unit was not set up properly according to code even though I didnt pull permits. He insisted on making things code ready regardless. Keith gave me a price of $1600 to finish. He was very busy at the time with another project but said he would send his helper over to get started the next morning. His helper showed up the next morning at 8:00 sharp. Keith showed up after finishing his previous project around 10. They fixed what was already installed and ran all the duct work. Absolute Heating and Air is a top notch company. Cleanly, professional, very personable and honest. I had most of the materials there. 2 men finished in 8 hours. The final price was $1200. MORE THAN WORTH IT. Happy, Happy ,Happy am I.
