Technician very helpful and very courteous

I hired this company strictly based off of HomeAdvisors recommendation. I made an appointment with them for 1:00pm on a Monday which happened to be my off day. At 1:15 and no one had shown up I called the contact number and the guy did see that I had an appointment but said he didn’t have a truck in the area. I understand how contractors work all over so I understood. He told me he could be there no later than 2:00pm and asked if that would work for me. I said yes and wanted for 2:00. By 2:30 no one had shown so I called the number again. He said “Oh yea, my guy got stuck at a job in Milton and hasn’t finished.” And even that I can understand, it happens sometimes. The biggest problem is he wasted my afternoon by making me sit around and wait on a plumber. He could’ve at least called me to tell me about the delays and ask to reschedule me. Instead he left me high and dry waiting on him, not knowing when he was gonna show. Of course there were no apologies, he couldn’t have cared less. Called HomeAdvisor support and they didn’t seem to care either. If you want a job done and when it’s supoosed to be done, look at elsewhere.

He was prompt and called 30 minutes prior . He then showed up assessed , quoted , did a great job fixing the hose bib that needed a walk removed to do it then only charged a fraction of what others quoted . I highly recommend .

I have used them before and they have always done a good job!

I have used this plumber twice. I had different plumbers each time, but both times they were on time, did their work efficiently and completely, and were friendly. This repair was an emergency repair, and they were at my house within an hour of my call, despite my living out in the boonies.

Plumber was on time, efficiently fixed the busted pipe and added better insulation to it to protect from freezing next time.

This company did a great job and accessing what the total costs will be for redoing the plumbing in an old house. Great job so far. Very pleased.
