Only thing I was not happy about was that the price quoted was available only while our salesman was here. I usually want to get at least 3 quotes but did do some price checking earlier and the price quoted was in line what we had seen. Installer was great and attention to detail was awesome.

They were in and out within the time discussed. From what I can see from the pictures they did a great job. Communication wasn't the greatest with me being out of the area at the time. But, I am overall satisfied with the work they did!

The installers were great, the window cost was rather high, Hope3 they live up to sales pitch

I believe the price was a tad high but the work was excellent. The work crew was top notch and friendly. All questions that I asked were answered promptly with explanations when necessary.

I'm only giving them a 3 on the product and the install because it has been 4 weeks since I ordered the windows and the salesman said they would be installed within 3 to 6 weeks. Come to find out it takes more than 4 weeks to make the windows then they get delivered to your area and you get put on the schedule. After they arrive. I. Also ordered a front door a back door and garage door and siding for my house. The salesman keeps telling his boss I am holding off on them when I told him I want the doors in now (3 weeks ago) and the siding ordered and ready for install awaiting the windows.

Professional. Answered all questions. Best product for the money.

Had been trying to get my windows repaired or replaced for 6 months finally 1st Choice responded they returned calls , the windows were installed by a great crew and the follow up service has been great.

1st Choice constructed a screened in porch addition to our home. The porch has an elevated ceiling, which gives it an attractive, open feeling. The work performed made it look like a part of our original home. The porch will serve as a lovely extension to our home. Very pleased with the entire project.

Justin and his helper Dalton were first rate! They were very professional, very clean working, and pleasant. They did an outstanding job!

You need to be very specific when writing the contract and get it typed out. The job looks very nice however not finished because parts were not ordered and wrong parts ordered, going on 3wks now.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The craftsmen they employed were professional and adept in their areas of expertise. The finishing carpenter was conscientious and well qualified.

They did what was advertized, fast efficient and very neatly done.

Very pleased with my vinyl siding! The process went exactly as described and the pricing was very reasonable. Will be using them again for another project in the near future.
