Radiant Defiance D/B/A Dunn Development

Awesome experience! The owners Patrick and Juan are great guys, and a 'breath of fresh air' after some of the bad experiences we had in the past, which led us to Angie's list. By coincidence we found this company when my wife spoke to Juan while they were both waiting at the animal doctors. Juan mentioned his company and he came over that afternoon to see what we needed and sent two estimates that evening. We recently had the floor tiled in the house (by another contractor) and they quit on us before finishing the job, which they didn't do well, so we had an incomplete job for someone else to finish off. Juan arranged for his tile guy (Steve) to come in and finish the closet and bathroom (about 45 SQ FT) and then Juan and Patrick did the painting and installed the vanity and toilet. They worked within our budget and suggested some nice Glacier Bay items from Home Depot which turned out really nice. I believe they have only been doing commercial work until recently so they just branched out into residential which is why there are no previous reviews on here. They were polite, very professional, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and worked extremely hard. They encountered a few problems along the way and the job took a little longer but they worked well into the evening each day to get the work finished for us as soon as possible. Overall they were clean and tidy and finished off the job nicely. Would definitely recommend them.
