Description of Work: This is the 3rd House Pedro has inspected for me in the past 2 years. Like the first 2 times, he gave me an unbiased assessment of the condition of the house. Awesome, I really recommend Pedro to anyone buying a house.

He is without a doubt probably one of the best in the business and doesn't take any short cuts when it comes to the inspection process.
