Hart's Painting

I have gave him a deposit check as requested. He called me today and told me a story that he had painted a building in the past and they ended up not paying him and asked how does he know that he is going to be paid by me. I have paid him the deposit. He stated he was concerned about receiving his money and he stated he did not think he should paint my building. He did not say that there were any issues other than he was concerned that he would not receive payment. He did not say any concerns about me paying him just general concerns of being paid. Exterior building painting requires permits and therefore will result in an out of pocket cost for me.

Great job. Tom is a hard working gentleman who takes pride in his work and goes beyond what is expected to deliver the best service possible to his clients. Highly recommend!

Tom was wonderful, his staff outstanding and when completed my home looks beautiful. Before painting I had in mind to change the front door. After the job was completed, the old door looks fabulous, almost brand new. Tom and his staff saved me hundreds of dollars. Also there is was stain on my driveway which I thought was caused by his staff. Tom personally came out and tried to remove the stain. As it turned out, it was my son's car that caused the stain. He went above and beyond! Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in quality work, professionalism and job performance. Oh did I mention he and his staff left the work site immaculate! I will be contacting him in the near future to paint the interior of my home.

Tom and his team were able to fit me in so that I could get select areas painted prior to listing my home. The price was on the high side, but given my prior dissatisfaction with other painters I took a chance thanks to the great reviews on Angie's List. I'm so glad I did. Tom's guys went right to work and prepped the walls - leaving the areas spotless when they left. They came back the next day once the patches had time to dry. I was anxious about them being able to match the paint. At first the color that they brought with them didn't match. However without hesitation they returned to Home Depot and got a color that was an exact match. I was very relieved. I am very picky and they did everything to my satisfaction. I'm glad that I invested in Tom and his team and would do so again.

Tom Hart arrived on time for the estimate. He gave me a competitive bid and I hired him Tom and his assistant arrived at the agreed upon time to start the job. The work was done in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. Their job performance was excellent. Clean up was excellent. I would recommend Tom to my family and friends.

We had a 9am appointment for a quote and I called at 9:15 and he responded what time is it now? Totally didn't care he missed an appointment in his tone. Not a great first impression.

Tom came out personally and did the estimate. He was professional and on time. The price beat out three other estimates I had done. We talked through all my options and what would increase the value of my home the most. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. On the day work was supposed to start he showed up on time and introduced his crew. Everyone was polite, personable, and professional. The job took three days. The first day was patching and sealing the old siding (and new siding that we just put up on two sides of the house). The second day, they painted the entire house, and third day the driveway was stained and the fences were painted. The third day was also touch ups and finishing work. When it was all done, Tom walked around the house and made sure everything was up to his standards. I couldn't be happier with the work; it transformed our home. Big thanks go out to Tom and his crew.

This is our second time to use Hart Painting; we originally used them to paint the exterior of our house. Again, everything went very well. They were on time (between 8 and 8:15 every morning), on budget, done when they said they were going to be, and not too messy. The quality of the painting was very good as well. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Tom and his team. They were all very professional and meticulous in their work. From my first contact with Tom it was clear that I was dealing with a professional. I obtained a couple of quotes before making my decision to select Hart's Painting and I must say his quote was the most thorough, including many details....from pressure cleaning, staining driveway and pool deck, type of paint, etc. He took a lot of time with me and my husband reviewing color combinations for the exterior paint, driveway and pool patio stain, Epoxy color for garage, accent walls, etc. Overall a great experience and we plan to use Hart's Painting for our rental property.

After receiving three estimates for the painting of the exterior of our home, three bedrooms, all door frames and ten french doors, we chose Tom Hart. His chat with us while surveying the job was the greatest selling point ......until the painters showed up. I've never seen a more accommodating, cleaner, professional group. They worked morning til dark and completed the job (including prep) in 4 four days. Tom was right on with his advice on colors and we're proud of the way our home looks both inside and out. I also alerted Tom that I'd be contacting him in the near future ro complete the inside of the house as soon as i can convince the wife that the faux has to go (no easy task). Every experience i ever had with painting whether I did it myself or contracted someone, has been painful. Thank you Tom and your crew for making the job completely painless. Oh, and by the way.....the neighbors were watching and are now jealous....bring cards! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

I recently purchased my home and it was in desperate need of a new paint job. It looked like it had the original 16 year-old paint. I called Hart's and Tom came right out to discuss my color choices and provided me with a quote. He arranged for a pressure cleaner to come out and his brother spent a day prepping my home (filling in cracks, etc). They were able to paint the entire exterior of my home, including trim, in about two days. Hart's did an excellent job! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had used Hart's Painting to paint the outside of my home a few years ago and was very satisfied with the job so I called Tom Hart again to give me an estimate on painting the inside. He showed up on time and spent a good hour with me going over all of the details of the job. There was a lot of patch and prep work to do on the ceilings and interior doors and there was crown molding in four rooms that had to be painted by hand. This was extremely time-consuming because of all the nooks and crannies in the dentil molding. Heavy furniture had to be moved in every room in order to paint the walls and baseboards. In addition, there is a built-in wall unit that needed some touch-up to cover nicks and chips in the existing paint. Tom explained exactly what he would do in each room and promised to get back to me with a proposal ASAP. I received his detailed estimate by e-mail the next day. The quoted price wasn't the cheapest estimate I got but I knew from experience that I could trust Hart's Painting to do a great job. I wasn't able to schedule the job right away because I had other commitments, but a few months later I called Tom and told him I was ready. He came back out to review the job once again and to finalize what I wanted done. Fortunately, he was able to schedule my job for the week I requested. On the first day of the job, Tom arrived at 8 AM with two painters and got them started. On the next day, an additional painter joined the crew. Cordell, Lazaro and Dario were always on time, cheerful and eager to please. They covered the floors and furniture to protect them and they always cleaned up the area when they left for the day. When there was a problem with a color match on the wall unit touch-up, Cordell took the paint back to Sherwin Williams to have it re-tinted to achieve a perfect match. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the results. The house looks fresh and beautiful and it was well worth the inconvenience, the disruption and the paint smell! I highly recommend Hart's Painting. Tom Hart was always responsive to my calls and concerns. He came to the house several times over the 6 days to make sure that it was going according to schedule and to see if I had any problems or complaints. The painters on his crew mentioned how much they like working for him and I think that says a lot about his company.

Tom and his workers did an excellent job in all areas of our house. They moved all large furniture and were very careful in replacing items to their original locations. They even replaced all window treatments and even reinstalled wall mounted shelving to its proper location. We will definitely rehire when needed. Thanks for a great job. Especially the texturing on the walls in the office.If anyone would have seen that room before it was done, they would also say WOW to the finished project.

Tom was very polite and took the time to explain everything. The painting had to stop because of bad weather, but they continued working on it as soon as they could.

They arrived when scheduled and finished a day early. Their preparation before painting and attention to detail was beyond any painter I had used previously. I would recommend this company with gold stars!

Great service and personnel

From the first contact until the work was finished, Tom and his crew were nothing less than professional. He took the time to explain how the paint got to its current condition (poor and peeling in sheets), what needed to be done to make it right, and what is would cost. We negotiated a bit on the price and still got a professional job. The team came on time and on schedule to power wash the house, they even did the patio, driveway and sidewalks! The following day the crew was on site scraping all day. Day 3 they puttied and primed. Day 4 was first coat, day 5 second coat. Day 6 was touch up and clean up. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We called and made an appointment to get an estimate for painting the exterior of our Triplex. When we called to confirm, the owner said - rather rudely - that he didn't have the appointment in his book. After some grumbling, he said he would add the appointment to his schedule. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. Really frustrated with the service and would not use this company.

From the beginning Tom Hart was very professional and very detailed as to everything he needed to do. Also very helpful with his professional answers about colors, etc. He spent a good deal of time with me going over all this. He was also very patient as I was unsure about the colors I wanted to use. Great guy & Great Job! I highly recommend him!

This is the third time I have used Hart's Painting. There is no reason to go elsewhere. They show up on time and do great work for a fair price.

This was the 2nd time I've used Hart's. 1st time was to paint exterior of house. Based on that good experience I called them again. This time to ;paint interior of condo. As before, prompt, professional, reasonable. The job was picture perfect. Thanks Hart's!

Tom Hart was great. He came out to give the estimate, got us on his schedule, and beat the schedule by a few days. They came out and pressure cleaned the house in advance, plus the driveway and walkway. The roof didn't need done, or I think they would have done that too. This is a gated community and we had to turn cartwheels to make sure we could get them gate access at all the right times, but Tom was willing to work with us, and it all worked out. The house looks great. We were happy with the prep work, and the way they left the house when they were done. Very happy with the job, and feel as though I've found my new painter! Tom doesn't sub out his work, so it's not the cheapest you can get, but I deeply appreciate the quality of the work. The guys that work for him are very easy to work with, as well.

Hart's Painting: Highly recommended! Meticulous, thorough, detail oriented, pleasant to work with, excellent crew! A class act company! Tom Hart (the owner) came out to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of our home. I had a long list of questions for him which he gladly answered. He provided a very thorough and accurate evaluation of our home. We walked the entire perimeter of the house and eyed it top to bottom. I had already seen the quality of Tom Hart?s work when he painted the exterior of our neighbor?s house. I was impressed by the number of people he had on the job, the amount of prep work that was done before painting, and ultimately by the end result. He also has an excellent reputation within the community. He treated our house as if it were his own, providing great advice and suggestions on what needed to be repaired prior to painting. This involved replacing some of the fascia, determining if the roof was leaking (it was), and installing a few new rain gutters. This wasn?t news I wanted to hear! I just wanted the house painted!!! But we decided to take his advice and do the needed repairs before painting. I?m glad we did! It was very challenging for me to schedule 3 additional contractors to do the work, which kept putting our painting date back further. Tom was willing to work with us through everything. He could have just painted our house without mentioning the needed improvements! I TRULY appreciated Tom?s candor and honesty. Tom?s crew was professional and extremely hard working. Our house looks BEAUTIFUL!!! We are very happy to have selected Hart?s Painting and would choose them again in a HARTbeat!

I used Harts Painting on the interior of my house 4 years ago, and was more than pleased with his work. Tom's bid was competitive and because of our past experience we felt confident in using him. The painters did a great job and the house looks terrific. They were very professional and there was no mess. We would highly recommmend them.

The homeowner association was botherinng me about pressure cleaning my house. Which I did 3 months prior by a handyman. Being a white house, it gets dirty easily. Plus I have a couple palm trees with branches hanging over the house which also makes my house get dirty faster. My house was only painted 3 years prior by somebody else and it was peeling in certain areas. Tom the owner came out on time,we walked around the house. He was very knowledgeable on what was going on with my house. I told him that I wanted to make the association happy and off my back. I wanted to pressure clean my house and do touch ups only. My house was painted not too long ago back in 2011. He gave me a fair price (for a 2 story 4000 sq ft home ) and I sent in a deposit to get my name on their list to do the work. When my name up, Tom called me the night before for the pressure cleaning guys to come out. His guys came and did an amazing job in half the time to pressure clean my house. Acouple days later Tom came out, we walked around the house, he took off some money since we did not need to paint the front roof line. One of his guys got on top of the roof to cut the branches away from the house; I had some cracks in the back that Tom fixed. Tom and his men painted and touched up my house. They did a great job. From now on, no more handymen to pressure clean my house. I see the difference in the work and worth paying the extra to do it professional. I will be calling Hart's painting from now on and refer them to my family and friends. It's good to know a company that I feel comfortable with that I can trust.
