Martin and his crew did a GREAT job. They removed the old laminate floor from a 10' x 14' room and installed new rectified tile that looks like wood. Plus they installed baseboards and crown molding. Came out great. They were professional and did what they said they were going to do which is hard to find in Florida these days!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They made huge mistakes in several areas in a small project but with very expensive materials. i hired them to tile the walls and floor of my 8x5 master bathroom. the walls are glass subway tile and the floor and one wall is porcelain. a lot of the wall and floor tiles are not level. they completely screwed up the slope of the floor, and it is a half inch too high To meet the adjacent tile floor. i am getting an estimate to have the floor ripped out and redone. they also tiled around the window that tilts inward for easy cleaning and now it wont tilt in. i told them about it,and they came back to fix it. when they fixed it, it still didn't tilt inward - they thought i meant they tiled it in to prevent it from going up and down even though I thoroughly explained it. I contacted them again to fix it. They said they would try to get someone here the next week and that was two weeks ago. no fix and no reply.

Bell Floors Corp. Is the best flooring company I have found after months of search. I interviewed many companies and they were dishonest or extremely expensive. When I met Sandra, the Charlie Angel of this company, she was honest and I felt confident to hire her company at first impression. This is a family owned business, the owner Hernan was very nice and professional, he was on top of the project always even though they did not need it, as the installers were professional and their expertise was excellent! My floors were very special as they are water resistant hardwood floors, not very easy to install, in my house was furnished, but The installers were very careful at all times and they did an excellent job on my flooring! They were always respectful and they never made us feel uncomfortable. I would like to give special thanks to "El Tigre" as he was very humble and patient and his only goal was to see you smile, not many people are like him these days. Bel floors was from the start very nice and professional, they were on time everyday and very clean and cleaned up each day. They also did some extra things for us because being a disabled veteran I needed help and friends were going to help me over weekend but they helped me while doing the job. I had this company which has now changed names install my tile at the end of 2016 and now 3+ years later. I can honestly see the tile they used and recommended must have been the cheapest and lowest rating possible since my tile has chipped in many different places and from the start, I could tell her guys did a very bad job installing. Grout everywhere took months for me to try to clean up and they did not level the floor where needed. There are trip hazards all over and in my master bedroom the floor desperately needed leveling which they never mentioned and I had to tell them after the job was done and my furniture already put in. They supposedly guarantee their work but really their whole job needs to be redone which is my entire house and who is going to do that. Every time I look at my floor it pisses me off. I had to take the time to write this because they were a horrible company. Lady was awesome... nice but her contractors were. I would never recommend this company. I am sure they changed their name for a reason too. Beware.

We found this company on HomeAdvisor and needed our floor done quickly. Sandra was great, very polite and helpful, she came and gave us an estimate on Tues and the floor was installed that Friday, which really helped our move go smoothly. Her team was fast and professional, the floors are beautiful, and the quality of work excellent. Highly recommended.

They were on time every day and there workers were polite, very professional and went out of there way to make everything look Great. They cleaned up everyday and helped me with some things that had nothing to do with the tile job. We we waiting for cabinets and will definitely call them to do our back splash. I have had many companies do jobs for us and never had one like Bel Floors going out of there way to make us and most importantly my Wife Happy and Smiling about the tile. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any tile or floor work, you will be Happy and Satisfied with there work and professionalism. 5 stars isnt enough but that's all you can give.

Bel Floors installed over 1100 square feet of porcelain wood grain tile in my house. They were professional and courteous. Any issues were resolved promptly. Sandra was easy to reach and answered any questions and was very knowledgeable with her answers. Job was completed a week earlier than quoted. They even let me change my grouting after the color I picked wasn't what I expected. Very accommodating. I am very happy with the service and work performed!
