+ -1 moreI highly recommend Tim and his crew at coast to coast property inspections. Tim was walking around the residence, already inspecting by the time we arrived. He gladly showed us what he found, spent hours going inch by inch over the house, found things I have no idea existed, crawled into places that I do not think many humans have visited, and always stopped and asked if we had questions. Great, great, great company. He definitely found some things we have concerns over and even went above and beyond by putting us in contact with skilled people who can help us get better estimates of the issues at the house. Worth double the cost.
Description of Work: Our inspector, TIm, was Extremely thorough, helpful, knowledgable, patient, and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave good, sound advice. I would definitely refer to friends and family!
