Description of Work: I called Cesar because of another great review through Angie's List, he came over to my Townhouse and gave me an estimate for putting tile, paint and some other general repairs. He did a Great Job!!, He is a very responsible, honest and also has a lot of attention to detail!!, He gave me a fair price, I gave him the key to my place and I was out of town for a week, he was always in contact with me to follow up on the job progress, I'm very happy with his job!! El vino a la propiedad y me dio un estimado por reemplazar la alfombre por ceramica, pintar la unidad y otras reparaciones generales en el townhouse. Ha hecho un Excelente trabajo en la propiedad!! Es una persona honesta, responsable y a su vez un gran profesional focalizado hasta en los mas minimos detalles. Me dio un presupuesto/estimado justo le entregue las llaves de mi unidad y estuve fuera de la ciudad por una semana, me mantuvo al tanto en todo momento sobre el progreso de su trabajo!. Estoy Muy Conforme con el trabajo que ha realizado en mi casa!!. Por lo tanto si necesita alguien honesto, confiable y que hace un gran trabajo considere seriamente a Cesar para su proximo trabajo de remodelacion!.

+ 5 moreNo matter what I asked Cesar to do, he did a great job. He is very reliable and does excellent work. The best part is that his prices are great. He is very fair, trustworthy and reasonable. I gave him the key to my house and had him work on it while I was at the office. I trust him completely. He is primarily a Spanish speaker, but brought his teenage daughter with him on one occasion to translate for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so lucky to have found this person.
Description of Work: I bought an older home and hired Cesar to do electrical, plumbing and painting. He also demolished and replaced a bathroom and tiled the floors. He power washed and painted my garage floor.
