If they cant handle a simple repair order in more than a month, they should decline the work order or advise that it will take several weeks. Very poor service and unprofessional.

Charged over $100 for a repair of a power washer. I came home and it still didn't work. They'd also proposed charging nearly $80 for the replacement of a blade on my lawn mower, along with replacement of a couple of missing bolts. Each item was listed as a separate fee, along with a $20 "diagnostic" charge. Really, guys? Lots of attitude and price gauging here.

Sorry but if I were to list my comments, I would be charged with defamation. Yes, it's that bad a place. You have been warned..... Please note that I am a past customer, not a relative! Think about it!

Great company to work with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt they were as honest as they come. The estimate was quoted within a couple of days and then repaired within a couple more. Thanks everyone at Bitter Blue.

Extremely well. Prior to joining Angie's list, I contacted lawnmower repair shops used in the past. Was told that we couldn't be taken in due to a 3-4 week back log. I logged onto Angie's List. Read reviews regarding Lawnmower Center. Called Lawnmower Center and requested to drop pressure washers off in the morning. Was told no problem, and would be given a call when ready. Unexpectedly, received a call the same afternoon stating the pressure washers were ready for pick up. Picked them up the next morning and have been using them without issue since. Truly a very good experience for timely repair, cost of work, and professional business manner.

Called on Friday p.m. to verify shop was open on Saturday. Dropped off Sat a.m. and explained the pressure washer was running erratically after sitting for quite sometime. Tech explained the deposit which would be applied to the total invoice and said he would have the machine repaired by mid week. Tuesday a.m. I received a call that the machine was repaired.

You pay $28 at time of dropping off the mower which is to be applied to the final bill. A few days later I got a call saying the mower was ready and that my bill was $59. I figured that was great but when I got there I found the bill was really $87 so he really meant that the $59 was my additional cost along with my initial payment of $28. I then asked what all they had to do. He said they rebuilt the carburator and replaced the spark plug and the air filter. I told him that when it would not start I had checked the air filter and it was very new and it was extremely clean, I could not see even a speck of dust on it. He just said they don't replace them unless the replacement is needed. I paid the biil and left. I guess the main issue I have is they did not bother to call me and say what the repairs needed to be before they did them. I guess $87 is not a big deal but I just do not like their approach. I will go back to a shop that calls you to get your concurrent on what repaiers are to be performed before they do them.

I tried to get an appointment with another company to have my lawn mower repaired and was told it would take up to 2 weeks. When I called Lawnmower Center, they took the lawn mower right away and had it back to me in a couple of days. Their service was prompt and the price was lower than other repair centers in the area. They explained what was wrong and what they did, and didn't charge me more than the estimated price. I am extremely happy with Lawnmower Center and will continue to use their services.

They sharpened it, determined that it wasn't able to be repaired and didn't charge me for the service. The owner is a great guy to work with and takes care of his customers very well. They have an extremely reasonable price and do their work quickly.I would definitely recommend them to others.
