It went great. Adil was very professional and was able to go beyond what we had requested. He exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with his service. The reports show every little issue that the regular eye might not catch. Price was much better than others in the market. He recomenbed an additional inspection which was very helpful when requesting a quote for insurance. Overall great work!!!

He was very good and went through everything. He was honest and I would definitely use him again. Note - I’ve have used others A rated inspectors who were not as good as Adel. He did a great job! I also had to do the wind mit and 4 Point.

Very thorough!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone to receive their home inspection from Best USA Home Inspectors. I needed a very last minute inspection and he was able to provide this for me. He was very communicative and able to answer phone calls at early and late hours, which was great with my busy schedule! He was able to see problems with the house that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, and he gave very accurate pricing for repair. I actually had another inspection from someone else that did not show nearly even half of what Best Home Inspectors report showed. I am so glad that I hired them! This was truly very helpful. A great and professional company!!!

Great Customer service

Adele was amazing, buying a new construction home can be stressful. The builder will tell you all is well and there is nothing to worry about. Being our first new home we put our trust in Adele and his business and I have to say top notch professional. Turned up on time, tested and checked everything, had all the latest equipment from thermal imaging tools to heat gadgets, damp assessment tools, so thorough he even found a hole in an AC duct the size of a pin hole. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We got the full package inspection and it was I believe the best money we have spent in the home buying process. Its hard to find true pro's these days. You work hard for your money, even harder buying a home.hire this company and you will have peace of mind. He was the first to call me from home advisor, was one of the top 3 pros recommended. Called me Sunday afternoon, inspected next day at 5.00 pm just as promised. Kind courteous and explained everything about our new home.
