Their estimate included an American Standard toilet priced at $550.00 and three (3) hours in labor at $125.00 per hour. Total came to $925.00. I went to Lowe’s in Boca Raton on Route 7. They provided me with a total price of $387.50 for a better Koehler toilet and associated parts and $180.00 for installation and take away. It was installed on 2/6/18. I would never consider calling Ben Franklin Plumbing Adrain after this experience.

Called them twice they never answered the phone and their VM box is full, so no way to leave a message.
