Response from Absolute A/C & Duct Repairs
Hello, I was at your home back in August arrived at 2:15 and was there till 3:05 you do not have an attic that you can access at all I still have all the photos from your house. Your initial complaint was not for the a/c your concern was black stains on the ceiling. I tried to see what I could see from the opening which you could only see the duct lines, and in the vent in the living room there was debris inside the line but I could not see any visible tears. In the bathroom it looked like the exact shape of a line running toward another part of the house but again no access. I explained to you and your mom when I was there you would need to open the ceiling, I gave your information to the mold remediation company I don't know if she contacted you or not, I do not control her schedule. I did not check your freon level, because I do not have the gauges as a service technician does, if you needed a service technician sent out that would have been an 85.00 charge and he would have been scheduled to go to your home. I sent an email to you back on 9/8 with all the pictures 5 at a time and the same explanation of the duct system as above and the same explanation given to you and your mom at your home. I do not see why you would wait 7 month to contact Angies List if you did not receive your moneys worth. There are many other Angies List clients that are extremely happy with the services they received. Your situation is complicated and unless you are willing to open up the ceiling in multiple locations there will be no way to see what the real issue is. Thank you,
