Carlos and the team do great work in the Lakewood Ranch area. They don't rush to the next job. I would recommend!

System works great! All inoperable components were either cleaned or replaced - I will recommend and call them again if needed.

The owner's name is Carlos. He owns both companies and has two different businesses. I have a service contract with them. I have no problems with them at all. The only time I had a problem with them is they left my gate open and my dog got out. It happened once and it never happened again. One time the guy that was doing the weed wacking and actually cut my sprinkler system and I lost a lot of water. But they paid my water bill that month. I think I got that company in about 2007. Regarding their punctuality I can set my clock by them. When they are doing my yard once a week or twice a week they are here at exactly the same time. Their professionalism is excellent.

Great job. Carlos Silva is knowledgeable, and very good to work with. His crew was timely and accomplished the work in a neat, professional and efficient manner. As is typical of sole proprietorship, nothing is going to happen unless Carlos makes it happen; he is a bit over extended and does not respond to phone calls in a timely manner. But once he has you on his schedule the work is completed as directed and on time. I enjoyed working with him.

We're very happy. They did a really good job.

They are wonderful. They did a great job. He was supposed to come back on Friday and because of weather, he got backlogged and he sent a guy he works with and that guy was great too. I chose them because I work for a skill rehab facility and the owner of the building uses him in his own home and has always been very happy with him and he is a nice guy you ever want to meet. He came as scheduled. He has always called me. His price was reasonable and his guys worked very hard the whole time they were there in the hot sun. They were great. They are reliable. Very few people come when they said they are going to come and he does. His pricing is extremely good. He was great and really good. He did a nice job. He always calls me right back like the same day. He came right out at the time he said he was going to come out. He is a very nice gentleman.

Excellent service and exceptional responsiveness. Carlos stopped by our home to provide a bid the same day he was contacted. The work was complete within four days of our accepting the bid. The price was reasonable and we could not be more pleased with the service we received.

I use them all of the time. They are wonderful. I like their responsiveness. I like the care that they take. I like the personalization. It's a very small company, a couple of people. They are Hispanic and their work ethic is wonderful. They take care of what you need. If you don't like what they did they fix it. I haven't had to ask them to do anything like that. In Florida the growing season is long and they come every week and do everything. When the lawn doesn't need to be cut they come and trim bushes and do whatever needs to be done. They always show up. They are on top of it. They are friendly, professional, and they get down to it. Anything extra you need is no problem.
