+ -1 moreBeing a woman and having heard nightmares regarding contractors I interviewed 4 contractors for this job and I'm so glad I chose Dan. This project was to be done while I was in my home town of Chicago. Dan submitted to me 2 very detailed plans spelling out his every detailed task that was to be done with prices for each plan. I was very nervous about leaving and not being on site for the construction start. All during the project Dan sent me via e-mails pictures of the progress which put me at ease that the job was progressing Still a bit nervous I arrived in Florida in September not really knowing what I was walking into. My little dream condo was really a dream come true and spotless! Dan had a cleaning crew come in after the project was completed there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! Dan Rodgers restored my faith for he is trustworthy, kind, and an expert at what he does!
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen /bathroom. Installed new cabinets, counter tops, back splash,and tub surround with tile,ceramic flooring in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Removed wall between kitchen and dining area for that open feeling. built a pocket door from bedroom to bathroom which reconfigured the closet in the bedroom
